I'm not ashamed of that at all. The coach was standing up for one of his players. He might have gone about it the wrong way but at least he had the balls to do it.

The only sad thing about it is that the article ended up being correct. Bobby Reid lost his starting job so he started crying like a baby and said that he lost his position for no reason. WTF?? The guy that replaced him (Zac Robinson) broke school records last season and he didn't even start the first 3 games. Just recently, Bobby Reid started throwing out the "racism card" claiming that he thought it was a little too convenient that the guy who replaced him was white.

tell that to USC, lol. it will only get more apparent now that mendenhall is gone and juice can't rely on his NFL caliber RB to take the defense's focus. that being said, i like illinois, but im also realistic.
