Theyre fine in close and late situations. Otherwise theyre a waste. Steals are Ok if the baserunner has a SB/CS of 75% or greater (like Tacoby Bellsbury) otherwise its a waste. Stats and sabermetrics are the way forward.

I've prob been to over 50 Devil Rays home games, they have no fans, haven't been to a game this year, but it doesn't seem that that has changed.
