Here is the 12th thread, sent by you Baz. This is also the first thread that directly insults someone personally again by you. You don't talk shit, you personally insult people - that is why everyone is coming back at you. To me, shit talking can be taking as fun (if people have ANY sense of humor and are even a LITTLE laid back). You come at everyone on the Rippers with this quote. I am done with you and I hope the rest are as well. Think about the reprecussions that follow when you make things a PERSONAL ISSUE. That is how you are coming across. For all I know, you could be a great guy, but that is not how you are being percieved. Instead of holding onto things, like it seems you do, ROBELDER and I have obviously dropped things like a MAN should. It's a game, not life or death. This really will be my last post in this thread.. mostly for the simple fact it's just beginning to bore me, and I can't get anywhere with you guys. Perhaps I am wrong to judge a whole team by the actions of a few, but those few are the only ones I've seen represent your team. Those few people want to do nothing but gloat, and I for one just get tired of sitting around watching people pat themselves on the back. For all I know, you guys could all be cool guys too, but I've yet to witness that side of most of you.. I have saw Luke be relatively nice in a few posts, and some of you guys have made nice comments about others on your own team.

The simple fact is that everyone posted a score for the Rippers - Stallions game, and I'm the only one that had anything personally said to them. They could have said the same thing to any number of people in the thread, but one of your players said it to me.. I said something back, and then here came 3-4 of you to try and rip (no pun intended) my ass. Then, I was even further pissed when Luke started challenging me and members in real life events.. I mean, if you live in Ohio, we'll take you up on it, but I doubt that's the case.

I don't think you guys have a team that sucks, you were obviously the best team in the Alpha conference. I do think your attitudes suck, so when I came in with the same shitty attitude, it caused all of this ruckus. The reason why I never "let go" of the argument Luke and I had in the first place was because I never had any reason to.. I never saw any changes in his attitude that made me say, "Oh, maybe I misunderstood him and he isn't an ass." I just watched over and over again how he tried to humiliate people or be a prick to them on the boards, and didn't particularly like it. You guys tried all season to be bullies, and someone eventually had to stand up to you and tell you to shut the fuck up.. but I guess you'll keep posting and posting as many times as I reply, because you feel the need to have the last laugh.. so go ahead and have it, it doesn't mean anything to me.

I have no beef with you at all and it is dropped. For your question, I try to be kind to everyone and when I saw Luke let it go, I didn't hold anything against him as well. I do feel that their roster is very good. It was hard to tell how good their game planning was because they never met their match in Alpha. They were the one elite team in our conference. I would say there were 2, maybe 3 in Zeta, but I do think this conference is full of tough opponents every week who bring it. We lost to 2 teams with weaker rosters and we beat 2 teams with better rosters and also gave the Rippers very good games and they are very better, so I think a lot of our conference from top to bottom.

I think the Rippers had a team that could have beaten the Stallions but either game planning or bad luck or it wasn't there day cost them. I predicted the Stallions to win by 8 so I thought the Stallions were better.

BTW, if you guys really want to see a team of over achievers, the look these guys up.

The dude owns the whole team. His highest level player is 15 and he won it all. He beat a lot of teams that out leveled him. There is no way he should have won, but he did.

Next year should be very interesting for all of us. How many people are going to dump half their team to bring in higher level guys? Will those players make enough difference when chemistry goes to shit? Who knows. That's why we play the games.

I think we Hammer's have a damn fine team, but quite frankly, I am scare of a few of the lower echelon teams in our division. In fact, I am scared of them all. Am I scared of Alpha, no. Not because there aren't any good teams, but because until the playoffs, I don't have to worry about them.

Who has the best team is only answered in the championship game. Period. Nothing else matters. Do I think we could have beaten the Ripper's or anyone from Alpha. Yeah, I do, but the fact remains, we could not get past the Stallions and therefore the point it moot.

So, good luck to all of you next year and we will see what happens.

Based on the Team Name and the fact that all the players are famous women, I almost think that dude is a chick. And yes, winning it all with the players at that level is very impressive. I think that should prove a point as far as game planning vs. player levels go.

1) Game planning matters.
2) Player builds are critical.

I would like to think the Fire could, but we were upset in the playoffs last year by the Grizzlies. The Hammers and Cardinals have been very dominant in Zeta, but were also knocked off in the playoffs. There are several other very strong teams in both conferences, but I would guess these 3 have been the most dominant in the past two seasons.

This league is going to disintegrate at the end of the season. The shake-up at the end of the season will have everyone cast to the winds and WEA2 will be full of gutted and slow-build level 1 teams.

should make the scramble to the play offs that much more intense... As anyone not making the play offs won't stand a chance in avoiding the gutted and non competitive teams. Good luck to everyone in making it to AA.
