I am a Packers fan and I hate to see this happen. I do think Favre should have stayed retired. I hear from John Mclaine, Houston Chronicle, that twice Favre called the Packers to say he wanted to come back. The first was 20 days after he announced his retirement, ted thompson said ok, we will fly down there after the owner meetings and talk about it, then Farve called and said he changed his mind and wanted to stay Retired. Then a month later he called and said no he changed his mind, they said ok we will fly down and go over everything, again he called them and said he talked to his wife and changed his mind. Now it is the third time and the packers have had enough of it. I am a big Favre fan, I have his Jersey, a Cheese Head in my closet, etc. but enough is enough. It is time GREEN BAY moves on, we have to see how Rodgers is going to do. This is his last year of his rookie contract and he will be a FA next year. They will not release him because he would go to either the viqueens, who love to get ex packers, or da bears. I would hate to see that happen. I say trade him to Tampa, Washington, or Carolina. Something that might be interesting is trade him to Miami Straight up for Jason Taylor, both are people who could RETIRE in the next few years.

They certainly don't need to mess stuff up with Aaron Rodgers. He studied the system under arguably one of the best QB's in NFL history, and it showed the one game he played in last season. He didn't do bad at all. They have built up the defense to be a great one, and I could see Rodgers, if he has a great season, being the franchise QB.

i agree and I think that is why teddy did not want to welcome farve back this last time, especially since he told Rodgers it was his team. Milwaukee paper i read JSONLINE said a lot of the players did not socialize with farve, but they do with Rodgers. If Rodgers can stay healthy (Please let him) I think they can win 10 games. He has shown good promise.

this thread got a little off topic ... all well who cares lol....i heard about the vikings Farve thing. There are rumors all around about Farve right now so i'm no gonna believe that much of what i read and hear. T-Jack is having a good season and ended last season pretty nicely. I dont think hes gonna be a great QB but he will be a good enough one so I dont see the Need for Brett Farve.

We lost a close game today. Brutal 4th QTR. We beat CCC in the regular season but they won the one that mattered the most.

Defensive Ends are now on the Ballot.

Cornerbacks are now on the ballot...more to follow as I'm posting them as they get done today.
