Cdog would say that Chem doesn’t lower anyone’s skills.

100% Chemistry is a bonus to base skills.

Chemistry only adds in their view. Though the QB fumble problems we showed in the past did disprove that.

I’d split up the Team ownership costs.

Lower the cost to start a Team.

Reclaim that cost by customizing the Stadium.

End result is the same 500 SP cost for 80% of teams but some more teams will get created if the starting cost is 100 SP.

I’d also add some Ownership options like grass/ turf and some corresponding buffs/ nerfs to Sprinting, Power, Balance etc.

Great idea as long as there are no domes.

How are players being poached? You mean during the offseason? Isn't that fair game? Why would a player willingly leave a competitive team? I haven't found player poaching to be a problem.

Yes, during the offseason. Is it fair game? Taking a team specific build givin to them that they volunteered to build just to be poached by rival teams. This use to never happen and was strongly frowned upon by everyone.

I would never ever contact an agent about a player that was on an active team. It's just wrong. Nor would I contact an owner about moving a player that I volunteered to build for someone else that was on an active team. If I need players I look for folding teams, the marketplace, players looking for teams, or dozens of profiles to try to find what I need. I would go with a CPU before going with those dirt bag tactics.

I literally spend months planning builds and tactics before I go live on a run. Just to have some lazy bullshit owners derail all my work because they are too lazy and pathetic to do it the right way. I will never go on another run because I guess this what everyone is doing now.

I hadn't realized poaching was a problem. I don't recruit outside players unless they're FA or their current team is CPU or the owner has gone inactive. I occasionally get approached by players who want to leave their current team, but I don't consider that poaching, and I don't encourage it unless they've got a legit reason for wanting to switch, i.e. low snap counts, scheme mismatch, team is booting back to Rookie, etc.

He told me he stopped before he joined us because everyone was pissed at him and he didn't know that it wasn't something we did here and he learned his lesson. If you know of anything since then I am unaware of it and would like to know.

I'm guilty of contacting players on other Rookie teams asking if they are considering free agency this coming off-season.

Don't know if im "poaching" so to speak. Its not like im selling being on our team im just gauging their interest level of testing free agency.

I don't see the big deal with players hopping around. The contracts are only a season long, that's all their obligated to.

That's the attitude now days. It's lazy ass bull shit. I'm the one putting the work in and lazy ass owners get to reap the rewards while crippling my team. That is why I will never go on another run.

Every build is specific for my scheme. You can't just throw random guys in there and expect it to work. No one is forcing these clowns to sign on. When I am upfront about players to go on a full vet run and they sign on, they sign on. I try to make community teams rather than just a team with 2-3 agents. Everyone has a say in the process from builds to schemes so nothing should come as a surprise.

Everybody plays the game differently. Every team owner has their own personality and strategy to win.

I respect the work you put into your teams Osiris, as you are clearly a high level player. Not everyone is as patient, knowledgeable, competitive, nor experienced as you.

I as an owner have never asked another agent to give me their full participation from Rookie-Vet, nor would I expect it.

On the other hand, when someone gives you their word that they will ride with you through from Rookie-Vet and they DONT hold up. That is entirely messed up and I understand why you would be disappointed, as I would be too. But, thats life. Not everything goes as planned.

It's pretty simple and clear. We communicate a full vet run and they agree to that by signing on. No one is forcing them to sign, they agree with their own free will.

If I have guys go inactive I don't go looking at active teams and start contacting their agents. It's fucking rude. What would make me think I'm more deserving of that player than them? I look at free agents, plft forum, folding teams, and agents profiles. If I don't find anything I like I'm SOL.

i would never start looking at iRockVans roster, decide I want their S* FS and start trying to get him to leave the team high and dry just because I made a bad or lazy choice when I patched my roster together with zero preparation.
