I think i can tell you what corndog means by how he is saying things.

He is saying a balanced offense that doenst just keep running to the outside. that is still basically the same play. A diverse team will run up the middle, pass deep, run off tackle, run inside, run outside, pass short, screen pass, then deep pass.

This would be an example of a set up that is diverse. Its not exactly about what plays specific is called but more about the types of plays that are called in succession and how often its changed up.

Now we are right in showing the flaw for example of AA destroying the vet tier for 5 seasons. But his example of lebron is stating that people can try to be Lebron but cant do what he does. Also When someone is just so good they can walk on a court or field and tell you. This is my play and this is what im going to do to you and you still cant stop them. Micheal Jordan used to get the ball tell the defender his exact dribble sequence and still do it on them and score. They dont get a diversity bonus or suprise effect but if they are that good they still are going to be successful.

The running game is so nerfed atm with passing underneath being so strong, there is no balance. Everyone looks like Joe Montana on the field completing passes underneath and DB's look stupid again while back to get getting hardly any Int's as in the past.
