rushing game is a build issue... its a flaw in the game with out ability to do exactly what we want with players. Power backs in RL dont just shed 30 tackles a game on a bad day, mixed with 100 speed. They need to give us a yin/yang approach to building our players. if you build up the power it should come at a speed cost or what now. Power backs are meant to drag tackles a couple of extra yards which is why they are supposed to run between the tackles.

However this is not real football and doesnt play like real football. With that being said the passing adjustment has helped bring it a little bit closer. But run builds are still way to OP'd and as I've always said, thats as much on us as agents as owners as we purposely exploit the game to get the edge. Consider it much like steroids, anything to get that leg up, not in strategy but in player exploits.

They've given us SAs to combat this. Put brick wall and/or monster hit/death grip on most defenders (all run defenders) and you can easily slow down power backs. Power backs have been getting killed with off season changes over the last few seasons. It was time for a passing nerf.

Also, combo/elusive backs are much tougher to defend IMHO.

It is just a game of shifting METAs which is one thing that GLB2 has right. I would like more versatility with player builds but defenses are at a disadvantage when it comes to spending SP due to having to defend against power backs, elusive backs and the pass. Defenders require a lot of skills and cannot defend against all of them well. Power backs were popping up everywhere and defenses made stopping power backs a priority which left many with less pursuit/pass coverage and a weakness there. If defenses beef up to handle passing as the priority, they are more vulnerable to power rushers typically. It is very difficult to create a defense that can handle everything quite well. The SP strain for defenders is why I believe that S* defenders are worth their weight in gold.

How much of each running type makes a "combo back"?

Combo or elusive still not as good as the 100/100/100 Sprint/power/conditioning, don't let anyone sell you that bs

How many combo backs are there? Can't say I've seen hardly any around.

This. Dream had Highlight as a combo during its last run, and while he was great, Fritz(100/100/100) was more dominant with us due to the broken tackle glitch.

Only time a combo is better is if you use HB screens often, but screens have been crap the past 5 seasons for whatever reason.

BS...100/100/100 Sprint/power/conditioning gets shutdown by properly built defenses. Elusive backs shred them.

Messi is a combo back. Jeter might be a combo back.
