Yeah you can retire at no cost if you haven't played any games

You know, the 3-3 base was a dream of mine back when I was a defensive coordinator for GLB1, and when the DPC hit I was working frantically to find a way to make a 3-3 base possible, never quite got it to work. You're basically on the right track here with a similar vision... I don't know if the current playbooks will work to your favor though.

Good luck with it, if I weren't already in over my head I'd have loved to help out with the team.
