I did research on what happened back in season 6 and I'm pretty sure this is what happened to the Simpsons. Simpsons, Wolfpack, and Whoville all finished with the same record. Whoville won their division so no one figured they would factor into the wild card game, mostly because that is really really stupid. I don't like that system at all. In like games this season between the three teams 1980 had the least points allowed, unless it goes by every game the three teams had this season, or the entire league stats. Everything is still pointing to GE making it in.
