Of course, this is just opinion, since there's not another RB in journeyman tier with freakishly high conditioning, so I haven't had a chance to gameplan for it yet.

Also I thought of four, not three running backs. Forgot to count my own.

Actually I got the idea from watching that HB with the stupid name and excessive exclamation marks who had a ton of Top Plays. PAIN TRAIN WOOOOOO!!!! I think it was.

Yeah, it's fine not being able to stop RBs for all of the preceding tiers as long as you can stop them at the Vet tier. That's a great way to design a game.

Hopefully when I reset Twilight zone I can assemble another S* studded defense capable of taking these guys down. Gonna start with some awesome run corners that can play the pass too

Who says they will be stopped at Vet?

Nice. I'm building my new defense to stop the run, numero uno. You are gonna have to pass to beat me. I am moving 2 of my S* to defense and will have 5 total....2 DT, LB, SS and FS. The safeties will have 95+ speed, Gold Closing Speed, 70 conditioning and high tackling skills. My CBs will have high break run block and high tackling skills.

Maybe I'm just not ready to conclude that these running backs are game breaking due to playing in tiers that struggle to have one complete league's worth of teams. Maybe I think that vet is a higher quality tier, with a higher amount of capable teams, and player builds that are finished, that may be able to slow down these running backs more.

Sure there's the possibility that they are way too powerful, and need to get tuned up. I'm open to that. But I'd actually like to see evidence of it overpowered at the highest tier, or vs. the newest crop of teams that designed their players towards stopping it, before I cry for a nerf or make sarcastic comments to others.

So keep the same gameplan we've been using against you the whole time? Got it.

nice builds, I think contain expert is plenty, don't need that and shed block. Something like contain/closing/3rd down or island

Honestly the meta for these HB's is already over.
Once people are generally aware and talking about it on the forum it's done, and any new team being built around the idea will be behind the 8-ball. Sure these HB's will dominate if they've already been built, but any rookie team will be loading up with 2 S* CB's and speed at Lb and safety and it'll be shut down for the most part. Even if they don't they'll still be cognizant of the threat and defenders will naturally begin to have more stamina, speed and tackling skills as the threat becomes even more and more real. And we know some form of nerf is coming too. The last thing you want to be doing is trying to follow the trend as it's always guaranteed that you'll be too late doing that. There's another meta forming now, and I almost wish I was resetting now to hop on it and dominate against those who are betting in the wrong direction, but I want my team to get to veteran first, I think that's important. So I'll wait and see how things move along and continue to tweak my builds and roster optimization so as to squeeze everything I can past ya'll when i do reset.
