Of course not.

Maybe it helped before, but with gravitation I don't see the point of taking it above 40-50.

Disagree. The value was reduced while SP cost was the same.

The effective Opporunity Cost was raised for Heart above 50, such that other skills have more value.

Ending the game with more morale doesn't lead to victory. I know all too well.

I disagree. The morale spirals are gone due to gravitation to 50. Why should I invest in heart when I can rely on the game itself to bring my players out of a great depression?

Because 80 Morale is a lot better than the 35-40 you will be hovering around with no investment in Heart. You no longer start at 100 and can stay there by beating your opponent down. Anything over 50 and you are receiving a bonus or less of a negative, not sure how it works.

Well, not max but at least 65 at every position and 80-100 on the HBs...

Good luck! Just need to figure out what you changed this time around. Defensively I've always had trouble stopping your base set but hopefully it works out this time. I think logzilla is the only team I've never beat. Game plan set - won't have time to watch till tonight due to work but hoping it goes in our favour this time.
