How is league playoff seeding determined? Is it by record only or does it go with division winners 1 through 3 and WC at 4?

Three of the top 7 ladder teams will be squaring off in some configuration in the Diamond League playoffs, including an opening round that is guaranteed to feature two of them . . .

Ground Assault is 1-2 against Winnepeg and FSM
Winnepeg is 2-1 against GA and FSM
FSM is 1-1 against Winnepeg and GA

Looks like FSM plays Winnepeg in round 1, while GA gets to beat up on a team that's 9-5 in league but 4-9 in ladder.

That's why I was asking. If it was just record, then FSM would get the scrub. But it looks like division winners get the automatic top 3, leaving the 2 loss wild card as the 4 seed . . .

we're playing #6 Logzilla in the 1st round... a DIVISIONAL OPPONENT

that's now I believe 11 straight seasons we've been in the toughest league (by average rank end of season) in-tier... that's what you call a "bad draw". There is no situation where I would ever feel bad for another team for their playoff draw.
