My poor Zone defense team, the offense was already GE level terrible. I can only imagine what level of terrible I'll fall too now....however, I'm all for forcibly encouraging teams to be more balanced. It's better for the game to not have teams throwing deep 100+ times or running the same pitch plays 50+ times.

I think what he means doesnt have to do with spamming same plays but rather with going all run or all pass. That might finally been the last season upcoming then for me. If it turns out that everything had been for nothing what has been done with recruiting, planning etc then I dont think I will ever try it again.

Dont get me wrong. For the majority of the userbase and for the game in general its a great thing if that happens! it would bring more realistic football back to the game

You guys should really let us know what this change is going to be so those of us either planning teams for next season or deciding whether to reset for next season can have full information. Is this going to be a change that effects teams based on their run/pass play calling (i.e. A nerf of all run/all pass teams?), I assume so based on the quote above.

Or will it be based off spamming just a few certain plays (whether they are run or pass plays) so it effects all run/all pass/ and balanced teams equally (keeping a diverse playbook will keep you safe from the nerf). Hopefully it's the latter because killing off team diversity is definitely not what this game needs right now.

You'll at least reveal the change before the deadline for resetting teams passes, right?
