and at the quarter pole in Zeta - JT's Runners are doing exactly that, with a brutal ground pounding attack that has them atop and clear by one over the usual suspects at 3-1. Razorbacks have nice win over Mice, but next two games might bring them back to earth, while Burnside should see uptick. Both "Sea" teams and Crackers have had rough starts and must turn around quickly, otherwise, anyone can beat anyone on any given Sunday...

Actually saying anything useful and talking just to hear yourself talk are two entirely different things. All you have accomplished is to fill up these threads with walls of text and mindless drivel.

ALPHA RANKINGS AFTER 5 GAMES

#1 OPT: Only 5-0 team left. Always do great in WL regular season. Beat the Mojo. They deserve the top spot.

#2 Odessa Mojo 3-2: Losses to OPT and Hedgehogs are respectable. They still are who they are.

#3 Grand Banks 4-1: Wins over Carthage and AI Sometimes are for realz it seems.

#4 AI Sometimes 4-1: Only loss is a 3 pointer to Grand Banks, looks very strong with their celebrity coordinators. Dat #1 Defense.

#5 Chicago Midget Hedgehog Mafia 3-2: Ugly 0-2 start but seem to have righted the ship. Win vs Odessa is nice to see.

#6 South Otto Mice 3-2: No quality wins yet this season, but the Mice still are who they are, defending WL conference champs.

#7 D.C. Freedom 4-1: Maybe I have these guys too low, but I need to see a bit more. Did take down the Hedgehogs but I need to see them beat another real opponent for me to say they are for realiz. Odessa in 2 weeks will give them a chance to measure.

#8 Nomad Nation 3-2: If you don't want to be ranked 8th, don't lose to a BAD copperheads team. Embarrassing.

#9-#16: It's pretty ridiculous there are 8 teams at 1-4. Most of this is to be expected but I am disappointed in OFG and Miami. Both however had tough schedules out of the gates and have plenty of time to recover. Miami losing to CCIA is inexcusable though.

1. Odessa 7-2

still like them at #1. Not fooling anybody by losing a couple reg season games

2. blueNosers 8-1

Obviously going to be a factor. getting quality wins, convincing wins. and an imortant win vs their best pals the midgitHogs, who surely heavily gameplanned against them. only TOP 5'S left are odessa and Miami iN GAME 16. who may need a win

3. orlando 7-2

still like them at #3 even with the close loss to Ai Sometimes. quality wins over odessa and miami, spanking by bluenosers though put them #3. will cruise to a high seed.

4. AI Sometimes 8-1

OK I'll bite. look legit, and a solid pedigree at coord (i guess, don't really know whats going on there) mice and MidgitHogs up next and odessa Game 16

5. miami

miami was FEE-LOUNDERING early. bad chem maybe, but now starting to win the games they need. important win over DC Freedom, but lose a few style points for helmeting a promote

DC Freedom - maybe, havnt been impressive vs top teams

MidgitHogs - 4 losses in a row, if you lose games you shouldnt lose, like the hogs do, you have to win some of the tough ones, that's not happening this season. will need late season heroics, and some big reg season games to even make the playoffs

1. Indy 8-1

The evil Org is still the team to beat in zeta imo.
we almost promo'd some teams this season but ref about shit his pants when i said i was going to. so we'll ride farlig's d and our riduculous offensive dots. graz up next, still might promo them, but i dont think it will matter in the end
will be all about the postseason for indy

2. graz 9-0

at 9-0 gotta give #2 to graz. some big, convincing wins the thing about all rushing teams though, is that there has been some really, really good ones. but the elite DC's have stopped them when it counts.

it will be all about the playoffs for graz as well.

indy up next in reg season, not as big a game as it looks like, because both teams will be sporting nachos in playoff game 1. and the 6, 7 and 8 seeds will be tough games all around in this conference

3. carthage

the returning champs lie in wait for the playoffs. coukld see them winning out the reg season. morning glory in game 16 will most likely determine the seeds of both teams.. but whens the last time you planned for a game 16 vs somebody you'll need to beat in the playoffs?

nothing to see here, carthage is fine and will have nachos in the 1st round.

4. morning glory 6-3

going to be a playoff team, nice win over indy but a couple of other losses put them below carthage imo

5. Pk dinosaurs

oakland would be at #5 if they hadnt knocked me out of survivor in week 2. im not over it at all. ive had many players in the oaklands and I needed freee flex.

kop's guys have been kinda giant killers in the tourney. Some impressive wins, barring a meltdown they're going to make the playoffs. they'll have to win there vs a high seed.

as always, i underestimate Burnside, they will probly make the playoffs and beat somebody


the last playoff spot is completely open imo, will be a cool race, brazil could pull it off iof they wake up. several other teams in the running.
