Yeah I don't know why I even touched the defense lol, that was pretty bad but oh well

We weren't going to go 30-0 anyway though since we'd eventually face the stunners and all the S*s (aka our offense) are getting retired before the last game

I wish they would just let you get superstar points while you have the superstar. So annoying that you (may) end up essentially forfeiting a game just to skirt the GLB silliness.

Wish we would have played INHS/QC earlier this season... pretty sure we could have beat QC earlier, but not now...

will likely face both still this season

You're a much harder team to zone into than the Virgins. More or less, I sold out from a tactical perspective to try and shut down the rushing QB. Ignored everything else. There are much less associated risk to take with teams that are zoned in. Like I had no problem choosing a couple zone plays vs the Virgins. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about man defenders in zone on pass plays. That was a bet I could take.

For a balanced team, you have the ability to exploit a lot more open holes that I'm potentially forced to take. I can't let your pass offense run wild in exchange for stopping the rushing QB. I have to make calculated decisions on where to take the big risks.

With the right players, basically all else equal, the game a DC plays is basically gambling that they choose the right elements to stop.

So Romo you're saying that Harrisonburg would probably put more than 51 up on you then?

I'm well aware our Offense would be tough to stop... we put up points on just about everyone

I'm more concerned about my defense if we play you

No, the 51 was largely a product of my defense tiring out. Offense scored too quickly, yada yada. 27 points allowed in the 4th quarter.

Same thing happened when I played Stobie's team. New York Nightmare, too. When you score 90-110 points, your defense gets real tired, lol.

huh? You can't pass out of GL and he doesn't have a hybrid.

I haven't scouted Harrisonburg and know nothing of how he runs his offense. If he's purely committed to letting Yukiko throw every game, I retract that statement

They are a pass heavy team that runs only mostly out of GL.

I would absolutely love if Harrisonburg opted out of giving the ball to Cobb for an entire game against me.

It's got very, very little to do with Harrisonburg's offense against Queen City's defense. But yes, let's analyze the pointless aspect of the potential matchup.

If Harrisonburg can score 30+ points I think they could very well put the screws to QCBC.

But I don't see that happening through their RQB by any means. It will be the passing game that will have to do that.
