DLine always need high balance because if they don't win the run blocking roll, they risk being pancaked easily at high levels. Rule #1 for a DLine...DO NOT GET PANCAKED.

Not many DBs can hold Belgarion the Godslayer.

Not rule #1 in my book. That is conventional NFL wisdom, but not necessarily applicable to GLB.

You know, in hindsisght, Request Denied held Belgerion to less than 50% catch rate. 43 attempts, 20 allowed. Volume passing, but not overly efficient.

Kudos RD for a job well done.

Plays like this make me think that player position has more to do with KL than skills like Hit Power and Strip Tech. Surely WR Speed Boy doesn't have high Hit Power.

By the same token, though, the CB likely doesn't have high receiving grip.

Likely = certainly, since receiving grip isn't even a CB option

It's more their DLine causing quicker throws. Which yes, is the point of their D.

Since my builds are open, it's easy to see the Pass Block Tech of my C and OGs - 57-59. My Pass Rush DT is mid 60s. I'm curious as to where their DTs are now in Pass Rush Tech. It may be a case where my OLine closes the gap in time, or maybe not.

That's why I've held off on Pass Consistency. I want to see how much pressure my QB gets at Vet.

consistency also affects your throws on big drives and 3rd downs and overtime

The Pass Rush DEs and DTs on DD, 1 season ahead, are all 90+. I would guess that GA's are in the same ball park being SSs.

Wouldn't surprise me but my comp% for the year on First/Second Down was 61% (per GLB2Scout) and on third/fourth down it's 60% before today's game. That's with Pass Consistency of 33. Hardly a difference.

Last Season it was 66%/58%, but with the season end SP I pumped up my Receivers Consistency across the board. So that's probably narrowed the S8 gap.

Request looked much better today than last season.

Still plenty of room to grow though.
