Going by the GLB1 mindset, most agent's have been conditioned to have the "no cares till WL" mindset which directly translates into the "no cares until Vet" mindset.
It's p obvious WG tried to counter that mindset and break that trend by removing ALGs here, basically making you able to perform at peak level from day 1 to retirement day. But can you teach an old dog new tricks?
Easy solution, buy teams any level, only make rookies. Dleagues shouldn't be filled with teams unable to be purchased. It should be filled with teams no one wants.
