And as a Boise State fan who watched Colin wreck our one best chance at a Nat Champ, I can assure you he's not overrated.

Obviously didn't include any of the inside runs against it, because those got eaten up.

Just for fun:

If you want to watch a team get handled from trying to run various outside/inside runs against a couple different defensive sets I'd watch that game.

Pro set hb slam runs right into mo's wheel house. Of the 2 sweeps you posted, one went for 8 yards.

This is probably a good time to let you know...

I'm a TCU graduate. The Rose Bowl was a good time. You should've been there

I was talking Josh Johnson, not Kaepernick.

I thought that 8 yard one was going to go for more, then the HB stepped out

Yeah and I'm really glad it didn't call any more 2WR sweeps, posted 5 of those but there were probably more.

I recall our last visit being unpleasant for the Boise faithful. That was with Joe Kane at Quarterback too, not Dalton!

And you can't fault the Frogs for moving into the Big 12. It was a widely accepted fact that if the Big 12 ever offered, TCU wasn't turning that down.

I don't really fault them. If the Pac-12 ever goes Pac-16 and offers Boise State a slot, I have no doubt we'd take it.

And in a few more years with all the money BSU is pouring into research and doctorate level degrees, that argument against BSU's academics not being complete enough will be gone, and it'll just come down to how much value to BSU's teams bring to the Pac-12.

(seriously, if you were at all familiar with downtown Boise a few years ago versus now, it's amazing how much BSU's campus has grown, especially given that they are buying up real estate in downtown)

I envy you guys who actually liked your colleges. I went to Texas State @ San Marcos.... I picked it because there was a 3:1 girl to guy ratio.(Which was awesome btw) But I never really got the school pride aspect that you guys get.

Too bad there isn't a green with envy smiley

Don't get me wrong Xav. I've got great respect for Boise and am well aware of how much of a hidden gem that city is. That rivalry between the Frogs and Broncos was really good while it lasted through all those Bowl games and the single conference matchup.

Could be worse, my academic career started at West Point. And while it's easy to have pride in that school, it's the school, not the football team

I can start singing Anchors Aweigh if it would make you feel any better. Or was that worse? Yeah, that sounds more like it.
