and this is why I said the sim has changed in my post, so you never know.

not by choice I've had to mod-build my defensive guys towards stopping the run, just because of the Monster Islands, Hawaiis, etc that run it all day in Mars. I've always preferred defending the pass and blitzing like crazy, but now we may not be as good against it. Although the last time I did play a good pass-heavy seasoned team I gave fair warning in a scrim for Air Raid to throw everything they had at my insanity blitz and below was the result.

You changed your builds because of Monster Island?

Andes, Hawaii, Tampa, Monster Island, Ellix

all of them (you) would man-handle me when ran the ball... broken tackles, CBs getting pancaked, etc. We are better now (still meh at stopping the run), but there was about a month or so late rookie into mid-late soph, where we couldn't stop the run game AT ALL

and I was running all sorts of absurd passing plays too. The vast majority of which never made it into our playbook. If you think that's gonna work in a real game, I welcome you to try. It'll go about as well as Adderfist's attempt to MO Atlantic City today.

It's very possible we would get burned, but then again I wouldn't MO AC now anyway because of Cobb, especially since now they use him at WR3 (new information I didn't notice). I'm slowly gaining more confidence in my Ss and LBs to cover WRs if need be.

I'd rather MO a heavy pass team with a bunch of evenly rated WRs than a team with one major standout

To be fair, I didn't notice until the start of the second quarter lol.

Don't think Cobb playing WR3 even matters. I remember watching the first bit of the game and he had 4 or 5 of his drops in the 1st quarter when nobody was on him.

Yeah. I'm going to rewatch it now. Get to see what was going on with it.

Higher up we go the tougher it is to sack people. So sophmore/early seasoned guys are gonna get some love right now on that board.

My TE is a blocking beast and simply doesn't get enough targets in the team's smash mouth style - yet he will be in top three in league pancakes...

victorious hasn't played yet, though with yorick up, he may not get enough sacks to keep the lead.

Its the forced fumbles that give him them edge. Hes building a monster hitter lb while Phil is being built as a disrupter. Hence why I have way more tfl, no missed tackles and an int/deflection.
