Osprey isn't especially top-heavy but every team (other than Xombi) is good or better.

To be fair part of why it isn't top heavy is because it suffers from SEC syndrome where some of its worse teams would be a top team in other leagues but their own league beats them down =P.
But yes, the active league forum is by far the best part of it.

Well, we are resetting to fix mistakes that were made so, you're right I won't be seeing it any time soon. Also, top 10 is lolz because it's easy to enter in and out of that because of this ELO thing everyone was/is arguing about.
