Just realized that team records reset each season, so pretty much I can't prove the ratings are screwed up from here on out unless they give us the ratings for each team, and it seems they don't want to do that. Since I don't know what rating the new S2 Sophomores were given, or the S2 Rookies, or how that compares to the S1 teams and so forth, I can't really come to any expected conclusions anymore.
However, I'm 100% convinced that something in these ratings is not explained by what we've been told so far of it being a pure Elo system (using a predefined elo function calculator) and the S1 "Midseason" teams (they had 2/3rds of a season) starting at the same value as the S1 full season teams.
