That's so interesting, I would have never thought a CB like that would have stats like that in a ladder like that..

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, or if you'd expect him to do worse. If you'd expect him to do worse, can I ask what it is about the build that seems deficient to you?

I mean I'd expect him to be worst with such low awareness and cov tech, and low footwork.

but with that stam cap that dot's peaked.

I'm not sure that's true, but I should have taken workhorse instead of shutdown defender.

Like I said, I don't see any reason why you would not want to go Trip 9's on CBs.

8/8/9 isn't terrible but now you have to make a choice with your cap boosters because you have 85 coverage tech and 77 deflection cap which you will probably reach.

I'm not really a big fan of Pursuit on CB's TBH though so if you keep pumping that maybe you won't.

I think as long as you at least go trip 8's, you have a CB that is basically always savable with respecs. I don't think 37 conditioning is terrible but at later levels when more people are packing SA's / Intimidation / ETC. I wonder how much it will affect you.

I would just take the 37 conditioning and save the Cap boosters still for coverage tech and deflection probably (or interception if you want to be cute).

No... Shutdown defender + Man specialist seems like damn near a must...

37 conditioning isn't gonna be enough. My soph CB has 40 conditioning right now and finishes games with his energy is the 20's or 30's

Use your max boosts for conditioning.

I would say this, but since he only get +5 for every cap boost, then he has to wait til he unlocks the next one...

Will DCs like a CB with low energy?
Also depending on what kind of speed he will end with/potential teams he could play for, will 52 stam be enough?

Thanks for the advice. If we're looking at CB builds, anybody care to take a look at this guy?

Yeah, I think there is still quite a bit of unknown as far as how much stamina will affect, and how a player may be used in specific roles. I don't know that 37 conditioning will kill a dot. My dot will max out at 43 if I don't decide to use a cap boost on it. I really doubt I will this time around; perhaps I will regret that decision later because I underestimated the effects conditioning will have in the long run.

If stamina was incredibly important in GLB1... Why wouldn't it be in GLB2?

The logic here doesn't make sense, you all should have gave yourselves room for additional conditioning (maybe even into the 60s) on some dots... because you just don't know how important it will be.

But I'm pretty sure testers on the server said 50s conditioning works on only certain dots... so I assume for things like speedster WRs/CBs/Sidelinetosideline LBs etc.. They will all need ~60.

I am not sure why you think it was all that important in GLB. I would not say that a top end need of 60 is all that important to a build. We will see about GLB2 though; I don't know why you assume that if it was "important" in 1 then it would be in 2.

I mean it is the same coders and devs, so why wouldn't it?

More points into conditioning = less points into the other attributes that actually build your player up, which is what Bort & Co. wants.
