Generally, in any wise vs. bolick fight, I'd try to support wise, because fuck bolick. But he has it right on this one. It doesn't matter how good a roster is or the improvements made if that team is sitting at home on day 34.

Wise, the point that everyone is making isn't that chem can be an excuse for a loss. The point that they are making is that whether a team is successful in WL requires that they make the playoffs and starting a season slow due to low chem, in a league as tough as the WL, can be the difference between making the playoffs and demoting. You're taking a pro owner's approach to the game in a league that runs with different rules.

Everyone has turnover dots. The point, which I'm not surprised that you are incapable of understanding, is that the faulty way Bort coded turnovers causes the cascade effects where they completely swing out of control if you get lucky enough to have some early on. At that point the quality of the builds and the game-planning no longer matter, which is how you can win with an inferior team and inferior game-planning that got dominated in absolutely every other respect besides turnovers.

I may be a moron but I'm not the one here consistently bitching about how bort made it his goal to code the game to make my team lose every season.
