Realistically though, its about 6-7 touchdowns less than he would've gotten. Not to mention the 400 pancakes we got as a team (my SS even had 2!) Rushing stats are most definitely going to be skewed, and passing may be under-represented because we'll be so far ahead.

Also, no one got past the line of scrimmage for them, so our secondary got like no stats

Feel free to continue your Pro-Bowl voting. I'd be happy to help redact games played against the Vamps from a players stats as I'm sure other players on our team would also volunteer. Just let us know when the voting is and for which players you'd like redacted stats.

We aren't here to ruin the spirit of the conference even though I understand this is a shock to the system. This is our home and we have a plan in place to be competitive (eventually). You may not agree with it, but I assure you it's not our intent to play spoilers to any fun that y'all were having. I apologize to those that experience diminished enjoyment.

I have about 80% of the Alpha conference ballot done. On the offense, the tackles/guards will not be split out (as it's too difficult to quantify their limited stats). As well, and at this point, the DE's will be lumped together, along with LB's and CB's. If it comes to it, and i don't have enough representation, I might just choose to create the team myself. I'm afraid that we won't have enough people to get an adequate and honest assessment. Also, it will allow me to break all the positions out as I can focus on each position specifically.

I'll make that decision today sometime.

RTGC and I have been chatting back and forth in PM's.

We are going to choose the 2 teams and post them up for everyone to discuss.

We decided that, due to the amount of work involved in creating, forwarding, tabulating and then posting voted teams, we just aren't sure we can get it all done in a timely manner.

Add to that, the Bratislava explosion, and well, i'd like to get some teams out as soon as possible.

What this will do is make the teams subjective. However, it will also give us time, if we are both here, to come up with and refine a better process to do a vote next season.

Or you could just subtract the team's/player's stats it had vs the vampires and add on the mean average of stats per game to a final 16th game that never exists. That is if you really wanted it to be fair between the two conferences.

Ok, Ortega, you smart ass. The last game of the season is against the other conference so in theory stats may be skewed. I appreciate you trying to add much more fun to the league by creating awards and I think it is a great idea but now it will be tough to do so fairly. When it comes to individual trophies that your players get on their awards page the teams in the other conference are screwed but to tell you the truth I really don't care about stats.

On my team I have the QB and top WR and TE and I could pass every game but I change up my offense every week and could care less if my players individual stats are tops on the team. There are other players on my team and winning is first.

I am sorry to cause a fuss about this but I am sure many other team owners feel screwed. I am surprise there is not more talk in the other division about the teams who lost to this team when then easily could destroy them now. What about the teams trying to get position for the playoffs that still have this "bye" week winnner. This is no different from a team stacking in my opinion because you have tampered with the integrity of the league.

The most important thing is that there is still a season and we still have some great games to look forwards to despite this bullshit team. Good luck to everyone except the week you play the Warriors!

lol, ease up. I agree with what you are saying. All i was saying is that I believe the people who would be voting would have looked at those box scores and "throw them out" of their minds.

No need to worry now since I am just going to do the list for Alpha anyhow.

These awards are just another aspect of GLB like Weekly Rankings and Press releases.
It just adds another post on your daily read. If you don't to take part, fine. You don't have to. But let the people that find it entertaining, enjoy it.

Get over it. Life is not fair. This happens in R/L also. Quit acting like a child and deal with it. It's not equitable to everyone, but so what? Why make such a big deal out of it. You seem to be the only team crying about this.

Damn Tully you seem like the one the most worked up about it. If you read through the tone of my last post you'd see that I was down playing the whole thing and trying now to make a big deal about it any further than I already have.

I have a life (wife, kid, great job, money, etc. and thats what fulfills me) and fully understand that life is not fair and I do not need someone like you to make a personal attack at me and judge me in anyway. I am not as much concerned about the allstar voting as I strongly stated in my last post. I think the allstar voting is a fantastic idea and applaude Otega for starting the talk but at face value now something needs to change. That was the intention of my orignial post. People have paid money for their team, players, equip, etc. As soon as you have something like this happen there is a chance someone could get screwed. You can not tell me that there are other teams in that division that might be screwed over. I am not worried about it personally but others may be. Excuse me for expressing an opinion but you took the low road and made it personal.
