GLB swaps teams between conferences all the time. Do they usually reduce or swap the chemistry between the changing teams?

Swapping teams with the same players between leagues/conferences is not the same as allowing a team to refill w/o any chemistry hit at all. yes, chemistry in and of itself is a pretty dumb concept, but allowing a team in the highest elite league to bring in a whole new squad without the penalties that every other team face is just plain moronic.

the team did not bring in a new roster. the 2 teams swapped conferences. all new players.

swapping conferences is one thing..............but skipping pro. That's a slap in the face to every team that has made WL and had to add players and take a chem hit. Good job whoever allowed this to happen.
