Dude give me a break. My team has only one win in the last 24 games. My team is still fighting to get better each and every week. Just fight damn it and make the right changes on your roster.

I still look over games before they start and if I don't like something, I'll let them know. So far so good though. Even though we lost today, we are scoring better now which is promising. We aren't having a good season and it's very frustrating to say the least. However, I have a feeling things will be different next season as this season is a learning season for us.

Weren't you in BBB last season? If so, of course it's going to be more difficult.
To the OP, all you need to do is find a great group of guys. If you get relegated, that's fine. You need to build a solid team, not necessarily level wise, but just a bunch of guys that want to win. Maybe, you're out of your league right now, but you won't be in a season or 2. Keep your head up!
We know that and we've said this is a learning season for us. That's why we've only posted to say how frustrating it has been for us to learn the way these coaches coach their teams. Still learning a lot but I would say we are def. making some improvement. We have recruited a few more cb's in the past week and have made 2 of my founder teammates (teammates that helped make the team), gm's. They are our defensive and offensive coordinator now and they have taken alot off of my hands. I would say it def. has helped because now they can scout and show they know football and have something to do, and it gives me less to do. I'm so busy with other things I truly don't have the time anymore to coach and scout teams 4 hours on any given day. Weekends, ye. But, that's 1-2 games and I'm just too lazy to give that time to a game right now such as GoallineBlitz. We are learning but def. improving and I feel we will def. have somewhat of a winning season next year. If we can get through this season and keep our players and recruit a few more, it will be looking good next season.
What I'm happy about is our teammates have stuck with the team for 2 seasons now. We have only lost 3 players at the starting of this season. We did well last season and this has been a bumpy one so far. Hopefully, we pull out and have a 6-10 type of season and next year, really show what we can do. =) Just gotta keep improving and working on the team. That's the only way to improve. Work work work and figure out the basics of how other teams work their teams.

We lack depth on the line but have played some teams pretty tight, like the Cougars and the former Seattle Storm(don't know their name now..we also hadn't boosted many offensive players up to that point)..we lost to these teams due to short missed field goals.
They have better WRs and RBs than we do but we're better than them in many other categories, especially defensively..
we merely just rank...rarely do we predict unless we are bored...either way...i believe when we did do that prediction of 65-0 it was likely against the Pewnts or Bengals...sorry we were off by a little bit...
im not sure where you get off telling the Devils how much you would smoke them...just because your team plays in a better overall conference, doesnt make your team better...
