Seasons 11-13 we simply had no offense to speak of. You can't win the WL by jamming your HB up the middle 2 out of 3 plays, even with a great O-line and Johnny Tso as your horse. Nevertheless, we somehow made a CCG appearance. I could have fixed that by recruiting some competent WRs and a QB but I wanted to finish the arc of MPHD with the same crew that started in season 4. Season 14 we gutted and went 0-16
Season 19 - I wasn't quite ready for prime time after being out of WL play for so long and had a lousy VA set up...we weren't really good enough.
Season 20 - Our best season, a great team and a very good gameplan...just fell short in the CCG against a plucky ESL team that won a ring that season. I put a lot of time into that gameplan, I was pretty crushed to lose it tbh (in overtime).
Season 21- Another really good team, came up a little short against the Navigators on a 4th and 22 play where they rolled boxcars and my three coverage guys all rolled snake eyes. I could have don a better job managing that game, and I had a phantom call that snuck in, calling the Pro Set TE screen on third down a few times when I meant to have the Pro Set HB screen (which would have rocked their defense, potentially).
Season 22 - We were declining at that point and I didn't put in any effort at all.
Season 28 - hated the sim, and also had a really poor lineup to play in that sim. Spent about 4 minutes gameplanning to beat Ubass, spent about 12 minutes gameplanning to lose to Hood.
Season 29 - Really good team, but I had a week-long baord meeting and management summit that started right as the playoffs began...I literally was only able to put in about 30 minutes for round 1 and 45 minutes for round 2. That was upsetting because I thought we had a great shot. Ended up with several chances to win in the final minutes, but just couldn't get over the top. Outgained eventual WL champs Asau 571 yards to 416 yards and played them as close or closer than anyone.

The only ones i really remember is alpine throwing 8 ints or something in the title game against hhwc and then cav not having enough time to get a real gameplan in for the ccg against Blaze so he put blocking gear on one of the best rec tes in the league and made him block the whole game to hopefully throw off tags. Needless to say, it did not work
