so how do we set up the vote...do we just pick one star player from offense and one from defense and those are our team picks?

My guess would be each team picks one or two player for every position.Yes, some can be players on your team but we are going to be fair with this.Meaning, don't fill your votes up with just your team.Pick the best players in the Eastern Conference and when all the votes are in he will add them up and select the starters/backups for the Pro Bowl.

I say you can nominate 2 players from your team, 1 for offense and 1 for defense. Then you must select from other teams players because this could turn out where everyone votes for their teams players and we accomplished nothing.

You can select as many players from your team as you feel fit, as long as the stats help support that. Level's have nothing to do with voting Pro Bowlers...it's all in the stats. Just because your team has the highest level QB doesn't mean you have the best QB.

Like I said in a earlier post if a team submits a ballot to me that is obviously full of its own players than it will not be counted and you will be asked to redo a ballot.

Also, the rules are in the first post of this thread, read their if you have questions or PM me.

We had almost 100% of teams say they wanted to do this, so I feel confident that each team will take this serious and not vote for unworthy players.

Please PM me your ballot, do not post it in a thread.

not skill stats, but actual stats. The stats that are found on the league home page. Just like any All-Star game it is based on what you do on the field (at least that is the idea, no Jason Varitek batting .217 making the All-Star game).

We aren't voting on who has the highest level player or who has the best build going, but what players are getting it done on the field.

Tell your players to close they're damn builds if your so really worried about scouting. There was at lest five starters that where open when we played you yesterday. This is for fun, nothing nefarious.

Update for you guys...I am working in San Antonio all week and the freaking Hyatt is charging me $12 a day for internet...you would think for a $350 a night room they could give you some free internet!!! Paying $12 a night for internet is seriously eating into my flex point cash!

With that said I will not be on as much as usual so if I don't post or respond to your PM give me a day or two.

We have 8 teams submit Pro Bowl Ballots so far, so I'm going to extend the deadline through the playoffs, but DO NOT INCLUDE PLAYOFF STATS in your voting!

Thanks,
Trav
