hell most positions dont touch stamina until 2-3 seasons in, if that.

if your not working stamina and confidence your doing it wrong....this team is helped by having 25% of the roster made up of my own guys who domiante which is helping them win games and go 14-0, without my guys this team would have losses in every close game they have had.....and thats stamina and confidence on my guys......my players dominate everywhere they play, in every league, on any team they play on....think of why that is....

I know what I am doing....whether you think so or not...the results speak for themselves.....this ownership and 2 of the agents are flat out stupid lol.....and so are many people in GLB who are afraid to change and afraid to try new things....I try whatever works and as a coach all I ask is that you at least TRY what I ask....if you dont even TRY you cant say it didnt work...because the fact is IT DOES WORK, I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING MORONS.....this is going to be funny when this team losses in the championship game, and then my players will all leave and this team will never win a championship....

all you need to remember is that kill devil swampmonsterss are run by morons and will never win a championship....and that they are scapegoating thier best players agent and saying he doesnt know anything but yet he has a 25% of the roster and the team is 14-0, and they wont release him. Stupidity at its finest. Either my guys suck and I dont know anything, or I do know what I am talking about and my dominant players back that up and they are idiots. My FS is ranked 2nd in the entire league out of 100 whatever FS's in the entire league. I MUST BE CHEATING, OR JUST STUPID. KILL DEVIL SWAMPMONSTERS FTW.

you are lucky you are undefeated so far. our players dont work on stam and are doing pretty damn good as far as stat wise lol

yea well I had you guys beating us the whole season, and kill devil pulled out a win...thats stamina and confidence helping in a tough game, combined with apparently your bad gameplan. Thats the difference right there. stam. + conf. , punter with 4 stamina that cant punt the ball 19 yards in the first quarter and shanks it is horrible. There is no excuse to not train it like 1 or 2 points, that is pathetic stupidity. your build will not be ruined if you put like 2 points into stamina, esp a punter that doesnt even have much else to work on. and then they give up PR TD's in the 4th quarter in close games and the putner is there and just stands there as the guy runs for a Td because hes too slow and tired to even slow the guy down cant even punt well and then cant even make a tackle ATTEMPT, GOOD FOR NOTHING GARBAGE PUNTER, made by a dumb agent that got mad that my builds were closed and didnt like constructive criisizm. Lets get rid of the coach and owner of the best players on the team so the guy witht the crappy punter is happy.
