I was thinking we require all the teams who have worked hard to figure out this game and recruit good dots give 40% of their roster to the teams that have not yet won a WL title. We have to even this out some, it's not really fair that the same teams keep winning.

While history will show you that their are only 7 diff winners in 14 seasons most will also agree, that the WL didnt really get truly competitivetill around S18.... I mean when Hali/Valhalla where winning, peeps knew on day 0 who was going to win.

Only Hali knew Hali was going to win in S11. Pretty sure a bunch of USAPL teams thought they were going to win, too, including a few of them that didn't make WL that season. Also, Bonn was pretty sexy S11.
