I still stick with Eli. He has been the heart and soul of our offense allowing us to have two unbelievable back to back games that resulted in us capturing (for now!) the #1 seed in the East.
(to the tune of "The Gambler")
He knows when to hold em, knows when to throw em. Knows when to pass the ball, knows when to run. He never counts his passes, before they hit the wide receivers, there'll be time enough for countin, when we have won!
ok - cheesey but dont all MVP candidates need a good theme song?

I gotta say I do like CG Smith, but how can you be the MVP when someone 2 levels lower than you is outproducing you?
/poke /poke
Seriously though - CG is a nice guy - I sent him a PM wishing him good luck on the Sack Title this year (and of course, I am not about to let up in our little competition....I challenged Mike Hock earlier in the year and he folded under the pressure, maybe CG will too....)

Depends on your definition of MVP - the age old sports radio debate - best player on the best team - or the most important player on any team without whom they would be nothing.
I always lean towards the player who contributed the most to the team being so dominate, When that piece of crap Tim Tebow won I was up in arms, but we all know had Kevin Dixon not gotten hurt he would have gotten it, he was the only reason Oregon was doing so well. Hell Mcfadden deserved it more then him as well, he shattered all kinds of records and he SPLIT time with Felix jones. Sorry this year was a bit upsetting for the trophy.
