So shaddap and play ball. I fully expected to be sent to nat-pro, but I wasn't. And for what it's worth Nancy, I lost 16 players to retirement at day 40. Just because I know how to recruit doesn't mean that you and your "came up from pee wee's" together brood have anything to say to me. This team has been together since season 5, we've been to the pro's 3 times and back down for a reload. This season is just a stepping stone back.

Well that is a 2 level jump. Skips over competitive and right to elite. Very few teams with a roster full of level 67 are going to have much success in any of the nat-pro leagues. I've only seen a couple of underleveled teams like that do well.

Like I pointed out there were teams in the competitive league we were in that had 1050 or higher APV than that last season. We can't control where they put us.

Yes it is kind of cheesy that the Gold Crocs are here and they stand out like a sore thumb, but I don't think they have any idea what kind of teams they will face this season. They seem to be a cap gaming team. Have one good season, then fail and get pushed into a crappy league, have another good season crushing CPU and bum teams, get promoted to a good league, and typically fail and get demoted back down to an easy league they can roll.

I wouldn't have it any other way! Chem is going to be a problem for a while but we'll be fine by the time the playoffs get here.

Really don't want to go nat-pro with chem like this. I lost almost a third of my team (17 dots) after the season ended. Thing are so even up there having a 1.5% team attribute penalty for the low chem would eliminate us from being competitive. It would be like having a mini football (or better) against us for every game. As it is we won't be at 100% team chem until day 29. So for more than a quarter of the season we would be at a severe disadvantage and it would gradually improve after that through game 10 or so before we were where we need to be.

Not fun to go up there and get smashed and sent right back down. Been there done that.

just haz a core of lvl 56ish players (like AAD) and a few vets so hopefully we don't get killed too bad

some other reg pro team that I am recruiting in regular reg pro for da fun of it (which had zero players when I started) will probably end up with a high level roster than my own ... lol
