Paris wasnt in WEPL that season either. In fact WEPL was pretty damn weak back then. Its come a long way.

Actuallythey won it with 63s - 67s, then the following season as 67-70s they made it farther in 1 season in the wl than korb ever has

They started the season at 63-64 and with exp ended at 66-67ish

So yes that is winning with a roster of 63s/64s because that is what we are measuring the levels of the roster you started the season with.
