Seed is final I do believe.

There are 3 way ties at 2-3-4, and 6-7-8.

For 3 way ties, you first weigh everyone's head to head against the others.

If everyone went 1-1 against the other two, then you move on to who allowed the fewest points.

Oh, okay, that makes sense.
