dude ...I'm not even trying to compete! ...you know, just by using AIs and not updating them ...and then transferring your gold league AI over for the playoffs! ...yeah but I haven't made any serious alterations to my AIs all season coz I don't have the interest for it atm ...I'd rather get you all butt hurt over being made an example of

hmm ...maybe coz your butt so numb from the gold teams that are propping you up!

Deluca and jackson5555 are relatively new owners/coordinators to the pee wee scene. I remember Deluca soaking up every ounce of info out there like a sponge a couple of seasons ago and it payed off. Same with Jackson. If you want to learn the info is out there it just takes a lot of work. It would be nice to see a flood of new talent filling up pee wee but as it stands it's spiralling down hill.

I'm not saying that Deluca is not a good coordinator, but I am saying that he is over indulging!

more trials means more errors and more learning...

I was stuck in silver for nearly 10 seasons straight, never getting past the conference championship...but I only game planned a couple times a season, and then in playoffs. I learned more last season, in terms of strategy and planning, than I did in all those seasons of silver combined. Although, I never played in tournaments...I would have learned faster if I did that.

this is a classic example of why the gold league teams should stop 'imbreeding' and allow new blood in as coordinators ...and also why over indulgers in gold should be given notice!

The other side of this that has come up before is the advantage/disadvantage of being on multiple teams. I don't know about anybody else...but full time coordinating on both sides of the ball for one gold team (regular season + tourney games) is already a lot of work...prolly 2-5 hours a day for me, depending on the opponents and schedule. Anybody doing it for more than one team is working his ass off!

I am totally with LE on this. Argue about semantics all yall want, but I think at the end of the day, peewee needs new talent. S21 should be a wake up call, pee wee is at an all time low. I think all peewee owners need to take a hard look at themselves, and find some common ground on how to do this. I don't have the answer, but for the sake of peewee in the GLB, we need to come up with something. I don't think we can rely on GLB to solve the problem either, GLB is all about getting to the Pros.

Bottom line, how do we as owners, promote and encourage new peewee teams, owners and agents?

I dunno. LE has a good start on it though, with his peewee museum and offer to train people on his own new team next season. Nice job, bro. What else can be done?
