I've always heard 10 is the best bet to get the most out of the SA while not overspending SP. Anything over 10 doesn't net as much of a gain or at least that's what some people say. Your better off saving the SP to better your attributes.

I've built 2 really good CB's due to advice from guys like Longhorn and Worker so I'd consider their input when building CB's.
