He's one of my more balanced builds I guess. I got disillusioned with high throwing early on for some reason and started working on other things. Wish I had taken it a little higher now.

Don't a few agents own the majority of Saigon? When you have a few efficient builders working together, you'll of course have a great team especially if you have good coordinators but extremes make all the difference. EDIT: Although it does matter at what position
