Week 6 Lion Rankings
1 LHC Naked Turtles (6-0) - Still dominating their way through the conference. Quite impressive. Their defense has given up 33 points through 6 games. The closest game to date was a 29 point win. And there aren't many teams left on the schedule that will challenge them with Kalahari, West Yorkshire & Sterling looking like the only threats right now.
Next up: Port Harcourt

2 Sterling Bulldawgs (6-0) - Sterling dismantled the Zoners this week to finally move up to the #2 spot. Rapid City should prove to be a much bigger threat than Colonial was though.
Next up: Rapid City

3 Nigeria Nightmares (5-1) - Another easy one. They get a chance to show what they're made of against WYB next week.
Next up: West Yorkshire

4 West Yorkshire Bandits (5-1) - The Bandits have to get set for a big match-up against Nigeria next week. Should be the game of the week.
Next up: Nigeria

5 Kalahari Night Riders (5-1) - Kalahari is starting to build momentum. They are looking good and have a shot at LHC in 2 weeks.
Next up: Ghana

6 Cambridge Chieftains (4-2) - Tough loss but when don't I say that after a team faces LHC this season.
Next up: Carson City

7 Colonial Zoners (4-2) - The Zoners looked good against inferior opponents but WYB & Sterling have exposed their kinks and weaknesses.
Next up: Morocco

8 Rapid City Sioux (4-2) - The Sioux have another shot against a top tier opponent. They've proven they can demolish easy teams but they need a win against a top Lion team to show they belong in top 4 consideration.
Next up: Sterling

9 Botswana Bone Breakers (3-3) - Botswana hasn't had a win streak yet this season. That finally changes this week but not for long.
Next up: Stockholm

10 Ghana Rhea (3-3) - Another easy team means another win. Now they need to do that against Kalahari to be taken seriously.
Next up: Kalahari

11 Morocco Snake Charmers (2-4) - Morocco has a chance to get 2 upset wins the next 2 weeks to get to .500. If they can do that they might have a shot at 8-8 and a low playoff seed.
Next up: Colonial

12 Denver Assassins (2-4) - Denver is having a tough season so far. It's hard to see them making any sort of playoff push if they don't take at least 2-3 of the next four games and that seems unlikely.
Next up: Phoenix

13 Port Harcourt Playmakers (0-6) - Another loss.
Next up: LHC

14 Phoenix City Warriors (0-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Denver

15 Carson City Cadillacs (0-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Cambridge

16 Stockholm Polarbears (0-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Botswana

Week 6 Elephant Rankings
1 Zimbabwe Rebels (6-0) - The Rebels have now dominated 2 top teams this season. They are entering a tough 5 week stretch with Barcelona, Blacc's, MMM & Somalia on the horizon. If they escape unbeaten 16-0 looks very likely.
Next up: Barcelona

2 Mayotte Metal Militia (6-0) - It's been awhile since they've been challenged. Without too many top teams on the first half schedule they've been in Zimbabwe's shadow though.
Next up: Warri

3 Barcelona Blaze (6-0) - After 6 weeks of mediocrity the Blaze get their first test of the season.
Next up: Zimbabwe

4 San Antonio Venom (4-2) - Another blowout. They should have another easy week coming up too.
Next up: Mario

5 Blacc's Bastards (5-1) - Good new: they haven't lost in Elephant yet this season. Bad news: they still have to play 6 top teams.
Next up: Alexandria

6 Covington Black Knights (4-2) - Covington gets a week off to recover from the last one. They're in decent shape though with about 5 gimme games left on the schedule.
Next up: Nigerian

7 Somalia Warlords (4-2) - The Warlords can go into cruise control for the next 5 weeks if they want.
Next up: Cape Town

8 Mario Maniacs (3-3) - The youngsters are fighting to compete and after San Antonio they have some good games for them to get over .500.
Next up: San Antonio

9 Nile Valley Vipers (2-4) - They finally get a break next week.
Next up: Toro

10 Alexandria Barbarians (2-4) - At least the second half of their schedule is easier.
Next up: Blacc's

11 Warri Delta Warriors (2-4) - Easy win for them. Now back to losing.
Next up: MMM

12 Mogadishu Juggernaut (1-5) - A Juggernaut they have not been this season. Maybe they'll fare better against P-Town.
Next up: P-Town

13 Cape Town Great Whites (1-5) - Back to losing.
Next up: Somalia

14 Toro Nation (1-5) - Another loss.
Next up: Nile Valley

15 Nigerian Nightmares (0-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Covington

16 P-Town Ballaz (0-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Mogadishu

Week 7 Lion Predictions
GOTW

West Yorkshire vs Nigeria
Big game for both teams. It looks like it's going to be a tight playoff race so neither team wants to give up a win that could cost them a home game in the playoffs. This should be a great game between two closely matched teams. WYB has the edge in talent level but Nigeria is a little deeper. Nigeria has had a slightly tougher schedule and come away with the closest game versus LHC of any team this season. WYB slipped up once also against Sterling but their schedule has been lighter so they haven't been tested as much. This is a hard one to call. A strong passing attack versus a strong running game. This one will come down to the best defense and I think Nigeria has proven they have one of the best this season so far.

Stockholm vs Botswana
Bye week

Phoenix vs Denver
It's hard to win games with no one on the roster so this looks like a bye for Denver.

Colonial vs Morocco
The Zoners have beaten 4 teams with a total of 1 win and lost badly to 2 teams with a total of 1 loss. Lucky for them Morocco only has 2 wins this season so Colonial should pad their stats further here.

Sterling vs Rapid City
The Bulldawgs should not look past Rapid City. At 4-2 the Sioux can't be taken lightly and with a much tougher schedule for the Dawgs in the second half of the season they can't afford any slip ups.

Ghana vs Kalahari
On paper Ghana looks impressive but that talent hasn't been on display in games. Kalahari is doing a great job of winning games and staying under the radar. They took Nigeria to the limit in week 2 when they tried to mount a comeback in the second half so they are definitely a team on the rise.

Carson City vs Cambridge
Bye week

LHC vs Port Harcourt
Bye week

Week 7 Elephant Predictions
GOTW

Barcelona vs Zimbabwe
Thank goodness for this game or Elephant wouldn't have a single game worth watching this week. Two undefeated teams square off in this one and when the dust settles there will only be 2 undefeated teams left in Elephant (MMM being the other one). Zimbabwe seems to have every edge possible, higher scouting bars, deeper roster, level advantage, etc. Not to mention that Barcelona has yet to face a top team while Zimbabwe has already knocked off SA and Covington. Until proven otherwise Zimbabwe is the team to beat this season.

Toro vs Nile Valley
Bye week

Covington vs Nigerian
Bye week

Mogadishu vs P-Town
Bye week

Mario vs San Antonio
The young Maniacs may put up a fight but they don't have much of a shot against SA.

Blacc's vs Alexandria
The Bastards will continue to coast this week.

Somalia vs Cape Town
Bye week

MMM vs Warri
An easy week for the Militia as they should dismantle the Warriors early.

Definitely going to be another good GOTW in Elephant. Looking forward to watching the film.

As always, thanks for the write ups EC. I have been a little light on the posting myself the past few weeks - major home remodeling, three weddings, lots of family visiting, as well as the beginnings of two softball leagues. Gotta love the summer season, even though it can get crazy at times.

Week 7 Lion Rankings
1 LHC Naked Turtles (7-0) - An easy win for the Turtles...again. Big game coming up with the underdog Night Riders.
Next up: Kalahari

2 Sterling Bulldawgs (7-0) - Sterling fell behind 0-3 early in the 1st Q but that would be the last time Rapid City would put up points as the rest of the game was a pretty one-sided affair.
Next up: Denver

3 West Yorkshire Bandits (6-1) - The Bandits have given up as many points the last 4 weeks as they did to the Bulldawgs in week 3. With a fairly easy second half schedule WYB just got a lot scarier and will put pressure on LHC & Sterling to not slip up.
Next up: Botswana

4 Nigeria Nightmares (5-2) - Tough loss for Nigeria. They struggled against WYBs pass defense and couldn't get much offense produced.
Next up: Phoenix

5 Kalahari Night Riders (6-1) - They've put that week 2 loss far behind them and are looking at a huge match-up next week against the top Lion team.
Next up: LHC

6 Cambridge Chieftains (5-2) - Easy win for the Chieftains. One more week off before they enter a tougher stretch but they're in good shape for a playoff run.
Next up: Stockholm

7 Rapid City Sioux (4-3) - Rapid City didn't have much of a fight against the Bulldawgs but I expect next week to be a different story as they have a chance of pulling in 3 wins before the schedule toughens up again. They do get to move up the rankings because they're just playing better ball than Colonial right now.
Next up: Colonial

8 Colonial Zoners (5-2) - The Zoners have a shot at the playoffs but the second half of their schedule is brutal compared to the first half and we've seen how they've done against good teams.
Next up: Rapid City

9 Botswana Bone Breakers (4-3) - First 2 win streak for them this season. It won't make it to 3 wins.
Next up: WYB

10 Ghana Rhea (3-4) - Playoffs are slowly slipping away from them. They'll have to dig deep considering they still have the top 3 ranked teams.
Next up: Morocco

11 Morocco Snake Charmers (2-5) - Next week will most likely be Morocco's last shot at the playoffs. A loss to Ghana almost ensure elimination.
Next up: Ghana

12 Denver Assassins (3-4) - After a 9-0 win over Phoenix, Denver is starting to look like the worst 3 win team in the conference.
Next up: Sterling

13 Port Harcourt Playmakers (0-7) - Another loss.
Next up: Carson City

14 Phoenix City Warriors (0-7) - Another loss.
Next up: Nigeria

15 Carson City Cadillacs (0-7) - Another loss.
Next up: Port Harcourt

16 Stockholm Polarbears (0-7) - Another loss.
Next up: Cambridge

Week 7 Elephant Rankings
1 Zimbabwe Rebels (7-0) - Just a dominating win over Barcelona. What else can you say?
Next up: Blacc's

2 Mayotte Metal Militia (7-0) - Down to two undefeated teams and while MMM has been impressive they have yet to play any tough teams outside of Somalia. They should remain undefeated until they face off against Zimbabwe though.
Next up: Warri

3 Barcelona Blaze (6-1) - Barcelona did nothing right this week. They're still in great shape for a playoff push but with 4 top teams remaining on the schedule and the performance they gave against Zimbabwe things aren't looking so rosy in Barcelona right now.
Next up: Nigerian

4 San Antonio Venom (5-2) - Play time is over. The Black Knights should pose a challenge as opposed to the last few teams.
Next up: Covington

5 Blacc's Bastards (6-1) - With most of the cupcake teams done on the schedule now is the time for the Bastards to show what they are really made of.
Next up: Alexandria

6 Covington Black Knights (5-2) - Covington is entering a tough 3 week stretch of games. A few wins could put them in position for a home playoff game.
Next up: San Antonio

7 Somalia Warlords (5-2) - Coasting for the next few weeks.
Next up: Warri

8 Mario Maniacs (3-4) - Mario is struggling but they have a nice 5 game stretch they should take advantage of for some wins.
Next up: P-Town

9 Nile Valley Vipers (3-4) - Easy win. Now back to losing.
Next up: MMM

10 Alexandria Barbarians (2-5) - They've got to survive MMM & Somalia in the next 3 weeks but other than that the schedule gets manageable.
Next up: Toro

11 Warri Delta Warriors (2-5) - Tough season so far but they can put up some wins after Somalia to try for a playoff push.
Next up: Somalia

12 Mogadishu Juggernaut (2-5) - Finally pick up win #2. Can they go for a 2 win streak now?
Next up: Cape Town

13 Cape Town Great Whites (1-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Mogadishu

14 Toro Nation (1-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Alexandria

15 Nigerian Nightmares (0-7) - Another loss.
Next up: Barcelona

16 P-Town Ballaz (0-7) - Another loss.
Next up: Mario

Week 8 Lion Predictions
GOTW

Kalahari vs LHC
Kalahari is looking good but LHC is just playing lights out football. This shouldn't be a blowout but when the dust settles it shouldn't be a close game either.

Cambridge vs Stockholm
Bye

Nigeria vs Phoenix
Bye

Botswana vs West Yorkshire
Bye

Denver vs Sterling
Bye

Morocco vs Ghana
Neither team can afford to lose many more games. Should be close one.

Port Harcourt vs Carson City
Someone's got to get that first win.

Rapid City vs Colonial
This could be a good match-up or it could be a minor blowout. I've no doubt Rapid City comes out the winner either way. They've been more impressive in losses and they do have a win over Covington.

Week 8 Elephant Predictions
GOTW

Zimbabwe vs Blacc's
I'll be upfront here and say I don't like Blacc's chances at all in this game but with a shot to knock down the undefeated Rebels I made it the GOTW anyway over SA/Covington (which will probably be a better game). The Bastards are 6-1 but all 6 wins came against lesser teams. This is their shot to shine because the second half of the season is going to be much tougher for them.

Cape Town vs Mogadishu
Should be fairly even game if not important one. Going with Cape Town.

P-Town vs Mario
Bye

Alexandria vs Toro
Bye???

San Antonio vs Covington
Very close to making this one GOTW and it's a tough one to call since both teams are good. This could really go either way but I'll take the Venom since they have a little more depth. The week 1 loss for Covington tainted them to me too but I would have taken them in this game since they played Zimbabwe much closer.

Nigerian vs Barcelona
Bye

Nile Valley vs MMM
Bye

Warri vs Somalia
Bye

I hate that first game because we had a bug problem with the AI calling. I had bugs with my team the first couple of weeks of season 16. From the preason through the first game. Ticket sales and that BS first game. Not to take anything from Rapid City. I had to get support involve with all the trouble I was having with my team. That game the AI continued to call all run plays no matter the down and distance. The AI only called 3 pass plays the whole game and that was a 15 second left of the first half. I haven't said anything until now, but to be honest I'm still heated about that game.

I figured it was either that or not having any scouting material to go off of for the game. Always throws us when we have to play a newly added team that first week since you never know anything about those teams.

I would be too... that is such BS. when something as key as the AI is screwed up, there is no need to go and change other aspects of the game like adding a new training system and such... get the basics down first.

I feel for you drez.

Sorry for not getting week 8 rankings up or predictions. Busy weekend. Not much changed in Lion rankings this week but there were a few shake-ups in Elephant thanks to Covington's stellar play the last 2 weeks.

Week 9 Lion Rankings
1 LHC Naked Turtles (9-0) - Still demolishing teams. Just a few short weeks ago it was hard to see anyone competing against LHC but after the last few weeks I have to say that I am REALLY looking forward to weeks 13 & 15 as the Turtles will face off against WYB & Sterling. Both teams have a bit of history facing LHC dating back numerous seasons and both games should be very entertaining to watch.
Next up: Morocco

2 Sterling Bulldawgs (9-0) - Sterling came away with an impressive win over Nigeria this week. With WYB playing great ball though Sterling can't let up the last 7 weeks. They still have Cambridge, Kalahari & LHC left so any slip-ups could cost them a home playoff game.
Next up: Botswana

3 West Yorkshire Bandits (8-1) - WYB is still breathing down LHC & Sterling's backs. The way they've been playing since week 3 it's hard to imagine them losing another game but with Kalahari & LHC remaining anything can happen. Worst they see is 13-3 this season in my opinion and that's unlikely.
Next up: Port Harcourt

4 Nigeria Nightmares (6-3) - A very tough loss for Nigeria as I expected a much closer game against the Bulldawgs. They've got the Zoners & Sioux up next but after that it should be nothing but wins.
Next up: Colonial

5 Kalahari Night Riders (7-2) - Kalahari has had an impressive season and they really only have 2 tough games left on tap. With Nigeria slipping lately they could move up to top 4. Right now I'll keep them at 5 since they did lose to Nigeria.
Next up: Stockholm

6 Cambridge Chieftains (6-3) - A tough loss for the Chieftains doesn't hurt their playoff chances but with 4 tough games remaining they'll have to fight to move up for a home game.
Next up: Phoenix City

7 Rapid City Sioux (6-3) - The Sioux are moving along now. Only 3 really tough games left so they're pretty secure for the playoffs.
Next up: Denver

8 Colonial Zoners (6-3) - The Zoners started off strong due to their schedule but the flip side is the second half of the season is brutal for them. If the can take at least 3 of their last games though they could make the playoffs. They'll have to watch out for Botswana & Ghana as both teams playoff hopes revolve against those games.
Next up: Nigeria

9 Botswana Bone Breakers (5-4) - Tough 3 game stretch starting this week. They need to take 2 of 3 for any shot at the playoffs.
Next up: Sterling

10 Ghana Rhea (4-5) - They have a shot at winning 3 of their next 4 to put them over .500.
Next up: Carson City

11 Morocco Snake Charmers (2-7) - The hellish stretch is almost over.
Next up: LHC

12 Denver Assassins (3-6) - Another loss.
Next up: Rapid City

13 Carson City Cadillacs (1-8) - Another loss.
Next up: Ghana

14 Stockholm Polarbears (1-8) - A narrow win elevates the Polarbears from worst team in conference.
Next up: Kalahari

15 Phoenix City Warriors (0-9) - Another loss.
Next up: Cambridge

16 Port Harcourt Playmakers (0-9) - Another loss.
Next up: West Yorkshire

Week 9 Elephant Rankings
1 Zimbabwe Rebels (9-0) - The Rebels have not faced a challenge yet this season. They have a tough game against the undefeated Militia this week followed by the Warlords next week. If they escape both games with wins they can coast to the playoffs with a 16-0 record.
Next up: MMM

2 Mayotte Metal Militia (9-0) - MMM has flown under the radar as they have kept pace with Zimbabwe in the standings. With 5 tough games remaining though now is the time for them to show whether they truly belong in the top 4. Things get off to a tough start this week as they face the other undefeated team in Elephant.
Next up: Zimbabwe

3 Covington Black Knights (7-2) - Two very impressive wins for Covington shoot them up the rankings. They still have 3 tough games left on the schedule but they are looking very, very good right now and have a great shot at a home playoff game.
Next up: Blacc's

4 Barcelona Blaze (7-2) - They've suffered two tough defeats the last 3 weeks and things won't get any easier the next few weeks. This is definitely put up or shut up time in Barcelona but they'll still make the playoffs even if they happen to lose all 4 of their remaining tough games.
Next up: San Antonio

5 Blacc's Bastards (7-2) - 5 of their last 7 games are going to be brutal. This is definitely make or break time for the Bastards as they have to prove that their record isn't a sham padded by one of the weakest first half schedules in the conference.
Next up: Covington

6 San Antonio Venom (6-3) - The schedule isn't too bad for the Venom with only 3 toughies remaining. One could also say they've lost to 3 of the best teams in the league right now. They'll need to play great ball the rest of the season to keep pace with the rest of the top teams.
Next up: Barcelona

7 Somalia Warlords (7-2) - One more week off before facing Zimbabwe.
Next up: Alexandria

8 Mario Maniacs (4-5) - Mario still has 3 tough games remaining. The loss Cape Town hurts them in the playoff chase but they still have a very slim shot at making it.
Next up: Warri

9 Nile Valley Vipers (3-6) - With only one tough game left they have to take 6 of 7 to make the playoffs. Going to be a tight race for that 8th seed.
Next up: Mogadishu

10 Alexandria Barbarians (3-6) - One more tough game before the schedule gets a lot easier. They'll have to win all of their last 6 games for any shot at the playoffs though.
Next up: Somalia

11 Warri Delta Warriors (3-6) - They've got a few more winnable games but will it be enough to make the playoffs.
Next up: Mario

12 Cape Town Great Whites (3-6) - The Great Whites have strung together their first 2 wins of the season and are looking to make it 3 this week.
Next up: P-Town

13 Mogadishu Juggernaut (2-7) - Struggling to find their 3rd win of the season.
Next up: Nile Valley

14 Toro Nation (1-8) - Another loss.
Next up: Nigerian

15 Nigerian Nightmares (0-9) - Another loss.
Next up: Toro

16 P-Town Ballaz (0-9) - Another loss.
Next up: Cape Town

Week 10 Lion Predictions
GOTW

Don't really see anything worthy of GOTW status this week.

Botswana vs Sterling
A lack of depth is hurting the Bone Breakers this season. Easy win for Sterling.

Kalahari vs Stockholm
Bye

Port Harcourt vs West Yorkshire
Bye

Cambridge vs Phoenix City
Bye

Nigeria vs Colonial
Two very different 6-3 teams. Nigeria is definitely playoff material but Colonial has yet to play a tough team well. The Zoners are going to have a tough time staying in playoff contention with 4 tough games remaining. Any slip ups will cost them the 8th seed they currently hold.

Ghana vs Carson City
Bye

Denver vs Rapid City
Bye

Morocco vs LHC
Bye

Week 10 Elephant Predictions
GOTW

Zimbabwe vs MMM
Elephant is chock full of great match ups this week but a battle to remain undefeated takes home the prize this week. MMM hasn't faced a stiff opponent since Somalia in week 2 while the Rebels have been tearing through the conference's best the last few weeks. It's hard to pick against the Rebels and guess what, I'm not going to start this week either. It will be a tough game for the Militia but this is a chance to show what they're made of win or lose.

Nile Valley vs Mogadishu
The Vipers may be underleveled but they have outperformed the Juggernaut against similar opponents so they get the edge here in a battle to stay in playoff contention.

Warri vs Mario
The Maniacs are too under leveled to compete here.

Covington vs Blacc's
Another solid match up this week. Blacc's need to keep things moving this week because things won't get any easier for them the next few weeks. The way Covington has been playing though it's hard to see the Bastards getting a W here.

Cape Town vs P-Town
Bye

Alexandria vs Somalia
The Warlords take this one early.

San Antonio vs Barcelona
Very good match up this week for both teams. I liked both going into the season and they have not disappointed. Neither teams wants to take a loss here as there will be playoff ramifications with seeding. Both teams are coming off losses to Covington. The Blaze have a potent air attack but the Venom like to pound out the yardage on the ground. I like Barcelona here on the strength of their defense but the level of inactivity on that roster almost shies me away. Should be a close game either way it falls and it's as far from a sure thing as anything could be.

Nigerian vs Toro
Someone has to win here so might as well be the Nation.

Week 10 Lion Rankings
1 LHC Naked Turtles (10-0) - They'll be coasting for the next 2 weeks until they face WYB.
Next up: Carson City

2 Sterling Bulldawgs (10-0) - Nothing too tough ahead until they face Kalahari in 2 weeks.
Next up: Cambridge

3 West Yorkshire Bandits (9-1) - Big match-up coming up that will go far in securing a home playoff game.
Next up: Kalahari

4 Nigeria Nightmares (7-3) - Dominated the Zoners. I can see them winning out the rest of the season.
Next up: Rapid City

5 Kalahari Night Riders (8-2) - Huge game for the Riders coming up. A win put them in good position to move into top 4 and one step closer to a home playoff game.
Next up: West Yorkshire

6 Cambridge Chieftains (7-3) - The Chieftains have a big game this week too. An upset win would go far to give them a shot at a home playoff game but the odds are stacked against them to achieve either feat.
Next up: Sterling

7 Rapid City Sioux (7-3) - Play time is over for the Sioux. This is a huge came coming up and, like Cambridge, the only way to move up for a shot at a home playoff game is to win this week. It's still a long shot though.
Next up: Nigeria

8 Colonial Zoners (6-4) - Colonial gets a chance to regroup after the Nightmare ended. They'll have to pull out all the tricks to stay in playoff contention.
Next up: Botswana

9 Botswana Bone Breakers (5-5) - If Botswana wants any chance of a playoff spot they have to start putting up Ws this week. With Colonial, Rapid City & Denver the next 3 weeks they really need to do everything possible to win all 3 games. A win over Colonial puts them in position to bump the Zoners out for the 8th seed but they would still need to win every game they should win.
Next up: Colonial

10 Ghana Rhea (5-5) - Another win will put them over .500 but at this point they have little chance of making the playoffs.
Next up: Stockholm

11 Morocco Snake Charmers (2-8) - There are 4 winnable games left but at this point Morocco is playing for pride alone.
Next up: Denver

12 Denver Assassins (3-7) - Another loss.
Next up: Morocco

13 Carson City Cadillacs (1-9) - Another loss.
Next up: LHC

14 Stockholm Polarbears (1-9) - Another loss.
Next up: Ghana

15 Phoenix City Warriors (0-10) - Another loss.
Next up: Port Harcourt

16 Port Harcourt Playmakers (0-10) - Another loss.
Next up: Phoenix City

Week 10 Elephant Rankings
1 Zimbabwe Rebels (10-0) - Another dominating win. Somalia is the last team that has any shot of getting an upset win. The Rebels are looking like the class of the league right now though.
Next up: Somalia

2 Mayotte Metal Militia (9-1) - MMM suffered a hard defeat at the hands of Zimbabwe. With Covington, Barcelona, Blacc's & San Antonio still on the schedule the race for the #2 seed just got a lot more interesting.
Next up: Nigerian

3 Blacc's Bastards (8-2) - The Bastards got off to a great start to a tough 3 game stretch by taking down Covington in a defensive slugfest. If they continue at this level they could take the #2 seed from MMM.
Next up: Barcelona

4 Covington Black Knights (7-3) - Covington suffered a setback in their quest for a home playoff game this week. They still have 2 tough games remaining and need to bounce back after a close loss to the Bastards.
Next up: Toro

5 San Antonio Venom (7-3) - After beating Barcelona the Venom only have to worry about Blacc's & MMM the rest of the season. They are in a great position to move up the rankings if they can keep winning games.
Next up: Cape Town

6 Barcelona Blaze (7-3) - Back to back losses for the first time this season could cost Barcelona a home game. The Bastards will look to make it 3 losses in a row after their convincing win against Covington.
Next up: Blacc's

7 Somalia Warlords (8-2) - The Warlords face off against Zimbabwe next but even worse they still have to play 3 other top teams so they could end up dropping 4 games if they don't bring their A game. I could have ranked them higher on record alone but since they have to face 3 of the teams above them still (not counting Zimbabwe) and lost to SAV & MMM they still have to show that they belong higher.
Next up: Zimbabwe

8 Nile Valley Vipers (4-6) - The Vipers get off to a great start on an easy stretch of games. They'll need to keep winning games to take the 8th seed starting with Mario.
Next up: Mario

9 Warri Delta Warriors (4-6) - Week 14 match-up against Nile Valley is going to be huge for both teams. The winner will most likely make it to the playoffs.
Next up: P-Town

10 Cape Town Great Whites (4-6) - 3 win streak for Cape comes to an end next week. They don't have a great shot at the playoffs with SAV & Zimbabwe still to come but a win over Warri & Nile Valley could force some tiebreakers.
Next up: San Antonio

11 Mario Maniacs (4-6) - Huge loss for the Maniacs. This very well cost them the 8th seed this season.
Next up: Nile Valley

12 Alexandria Barbarians (3-7) - From here on out the Barbarians have a much lighter schedule. Unfortunately if they lose 1 more game they can kiss their playoff hopes goodbye.
Next up: Mogadishu

13 Mogadishu Juggernaut (2-8) - Another loss.
Next up: Alexandria

14 Toro Nation (2-8) - Got their second win of the season and last with 6 top teams to finish off their schedule.
Next up: Covington

15 Nigerian Nightmares (0-10) - Another loss.
Next up: MMM

16 P-Town Ballaz (0-10) - Another loss.
Next up: Warri
