What this would do is force more teams to have more ranked scrimmages against high level pro/wl teams trying to get there ranking up.
If Bort is going to use this ranking, i think he would need to make sure it was validated and then announce that he was using this.
Plain and simple whatever he uses should be announced in advance and shouldnt be arbitrary
