jd...good luck man. In all honesty, I have posted most of what you just did, but in Sparta's own private forum. Great post and thanks for sharing! It is VERY frustrating, and you do feel like you let your team down when real life gets in the way and you don't have a team so damn good that you can not have time to gameplan and expect to still pull out a win or close loss. I hope this game does figure out a way to get more teams competitive and the WL has been a lot of fun and is a VERY difficult accomplishment to make.

Good luck to all the teams who are remaining this season! Hopefully we will see you again someday.

jdbolick is a class act through and through. Way back when Sumatra was in the WL (ok, last season) I pm'd jd out of the blue to ask for help in getting us a single win. He took the time to come up with both an offensive and defensive plan against the Manilla Warlords to try and help us break the drought. We lost and I have never stopped hating him. <---kidding

It really doesn't matter the outcome, the fact that he took the time to try and help out one of GLB's weaker WL teams (OPLOL) speaks to his character. He stayed on after that working on the defense and even though we lost all 16 games I really appreciated the work. How many of you other biatches would have done the same?
