A rivalry would constitute two very good teams going after it with the intent to win the championship with class and dignity. Only one team (Tonga) is trying to go about it this way. Say what you will of the comments passed back and forth but only one thing will resolve this matter. July 4th is when we will brighten the sky with a fireworks display for the ages. Good luck Melbourne.

Irony.

Lol quite.

I've had about enough of your holier than thou attitude. It just makes me itch for July 4 to come earlier - there will be fireworks, but the majority will be in Tonga's endzone - pretty colours for your defense to enjoy at least.

cdcollins has been a class act, and I haven't said that this will be anything but a very competitive game. You, on the otherhand, let your emotions get in the way of your brain, and started this forum war!

But, this will be handled on the field on July 4 - I'll have your consolation prize on hand for post game.

When I see clips of McFadden run in your game films, he seems like a bit of a hybrid back. The physique of Jon Hedder and the speed of Oprah Winfrey

I come in peace. I will no longer add wood to the fire of this rivalry. I hope that this game is all we have made it to be. Good luck gentleman

That might be a settings problem. Currently, for running style, he is set to avoid contact at all times. So after every catch, he hook slides to the turf if anyone is within 20 yards of him.

Good stuff.

As for your DC, too little to late, you might as well stick around and keep talking smack, there is no backing off now.

HAHAHA! That would so top off all this smack talk! A good old tie, at the end of overtime! Classic!

A tie would be awesome.

I don't think that would stop any of the smack talk at this point though.

Just more fuel to the fire.

I kind of hate the relegation/promotion system just from the fact that it ruins rivalries, whoever moves up is going to have to start building relationships from scratch again with their new league.

True, but I don't think those of us from Tonga will have any trouble making new relationships...

Yeah, I know what you're saying. Computers can do some funky things sometimes. I mean, who knows? It might even screw up and promote someone who doesn't win the conference championship. I'm not sure I'd hold my breath if I were Melbourne, but I suppose you have to have SOME hope, right?
