Lolbars take important attributes, feed them into a bar.

Player Value takes the value of all of your attributes, and spits out a number.

It can be skewed by people putting SP in stupid places, but I doubt we'll end up seeing too much of that.

Pretty much, except player value also includes SA's and held SPs.

If only VA's and AE were lol too?

The reason I don't think it's much better than lolbars is because taking major attributes a few caps too far at the expense of SAs/supporting attributes would have a huge positive affect on total SP values. And it doesn't take into effect at all where people spend SP.

This is an extreme example but a C with 107 str, 60 agi, 50 spd, 50 con is gonna have a higher SP total than a C with 102 str, 74 agi, 60 spd, 70 con.

Agreed. thats why I said it could also highlight those who cap build too extreme. But I feel like that is not going to be the case more often than not.

Ya, don't get me wrong, I think looking at the WL teams sorted by average SP total it's obvious there is a pretty strong correlation. And I do think it's better than lolbars. But I definitely wouldn't count Hali out just because they are at 10th or w/e.

no way because in the end it also comes down to tactics, AE, Plays, D Al, builds are a big part but not everything.

The Jeff Garcia factor is the most important thing being left out of this thread imo.

Height only matters if the QB is throwing in an upward trajectory.

VAs are part of builds; you're covered.
