you can't expect each team to finish their first round games by day 3...some teams will have regular season games on days 1 and 3 and only leaving them day 2 to get their tourny game in. give at least a week for the first round games to be finished, your asking way too much in such a short time

Why cant teams scrimmage and play a league game on the same day? It is possible

I don't really have time to set this up and recruit to get people to sign up. We can run a 16 team tourny if you guys want.

Just do a 16 team tourney and make the last three teams that signed up the alternates. Do you need help making the bracket? Let me know
