Since he can only kick it to about the 30, I don't think the kick returner would care if he got tackled even as soon as he got the ball.

Why couldn't any position that's supposed to be fast also get those trophies?

Would you like to tell me again why a fast kicker is better than a kicker that can hit 50+ yards field goals?

I would take a kicker who could actually cap off unsuccessful drives imo, rather than one who could pin a team at their 30 yard line. Plus, if your kicker is good, he should be able to kick far enough to pin them deeper
