-blame it on the coding, which obviously only affects the loser;
-insult your opponent when they try and make actual logical points and engage in discussion;
-when all else fails, go for the condescending, humorless angle.

The Fire pull out the upset over the Royals. I just watched the game, and the GM's of the Fire had a great great game-plan.

Great game by the Fire. They owned us today.

The Grave Diggers came up 5.5 yards short of tying the game in the final seconds... A key sack on the final drive and some some turnovers proved to be the decider... Good game Horde, you are undoubtedly the best team. Good luck the rest of the way.

Yeah, I'm honestly surprised that worked out so well for us. At the end there I was making so many changes to the game plan and the depth charts that I wondered if I wasn't just screwing it all up. Warpriest and BloodRunsCold, great win. Great working with you guys.

Now, just one more game against the Horde... Anyone else smell upset?

Edit: And if you've actually edited out the particularly negative comments, then this all goes doubly so. I don't mind having a rivalry, particularly since I doubt there's much of a chance we'll be getting promoted this season, but it seems like you guys take this all so personally and its always a self-righteous rant about how immature we are.

I didn't think the things I said were negative at all, but apparently Warpriest did. That's why I removed them. As far as us taking things personally...you've got it backwards. Blood and just about his entire GM staff (including you) have had a chip on your shoulder towards us ever since I took a stand against what Blood was doing in the original thread made about how he went after other players not up for FA.

I'm done with this idiotic bickering. Be happy you are still in the playoffs and focus on that instead of nitpicking every post I make.

I think you'v confused me for someone that actually cares about anything you have to say in this world. Half of what you just said is a lie and are accusing me of saying things said by other people, so I dont think your in any place to be talking about 'class', atleast get the facts straight if your going to pretend to put up some kind of intellectual and mature persona. Especially when you come from a team that lacks it completely. Especially after the back-door bargains your owner was taking down that initiated this whole mess. Id rather lose right than win wrong.

Great game Driftless! I am still cleaning up my vomit though, cant believe we lost in overtime after tying the game in the last seconds and winning the coin toss. Looks like the Rats will be here again next season, cant wait

Yeah, your team has that two-minute drill figured out pretty well. And then you almost pushed us back out of field goal range in OT. We'll look forward to playing you again next season or the season after.
