Yeah, While I have done some scouting, its difficult at this point o judge a players performance. Many players on our team for example just do not have the stats, defense especially, because we were so dominant defensively.

Take a look at the rushing yards allowed per game for example.

Its difficult to get lots of tackles when your defense is working so well that they rarely play 5-6 downs every time an opposing offense is up.

I may try to make the time to look at the top 5-10 folks at every position and then try to look at their individual plays and weigh things against team record etc to see who is 'best' but even then I think many people who deserve a nod wouldn;t get one.

I have to agree with Indy even. The most passing yards doesn't really mark the measure of a Quarterback. TD's v Picks, how their passing yards were gained (If your team is behind constantly, passing goes up for example). So while I might give it a shot, I think I may refrain from voting just because I don;t have the time to review all the film.

Please son, have something to back up your words if your going to trash talk.

The St. Peterlosers game was a scrimmage...you know it, I know it, everyone knows it!

Well, it seems that I have Jerry porter on my team. Every team needs a talker and I guess Focker is mine. I for one am respectful and give St. Petersburg credit for beating us. I made a major gameplanning mistake that was exploited. I can't wait for the playoffs.

I also appreciate the respect some of you have given to our defense and special teams by nominating Eric Anti-Flowers - DE(http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=141967); CB Leon Tolstoy (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=271562); and WR/KR Thomas Pynchon (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=231768).

I would also ask that consideration be given to the following:

QB DOminik Hasek (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=231656);
WR Jerry Butler (played first 4-5 games in AAA) (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=96380); TE Urban Warrior (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=77100) and DT William Burroughs (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=289068)

Thanks - and good luck to everyone in the playoffs.

you guys are showing Tommy Gunn no love, i know there has been some
differences all year. The fact of the matter is that he has the highest
QB rating out of all the alpha conference and probably the whole
league. he also is 5th in passing yards and tied for 2nd in TDs. And
for the voters who voted for Phantom come on, i know he led the
conference in passing yards but he also threw 10 more interceptions
than Tommy did. He also did all this at only reaching a level 13 when
the two QBs nominated are an 18 and a 16. I think you guys have alot of
the other positions right on but not the QB, oh yeah did i mention his
team is undefeated. thats my only nomination and i know you guys have
had some words back and forth through out the year but that shouldnt
effect this voting.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=245281
and
dont forget Phantom only had 14 TDs and he had 15 interceptions before
today, when they played a horrible Imperfects in which he had 479 yards
and 6 Tds. not to take anything away from the invaders game today but
one game shouldnt win the pro bowl. i told you guys to look out for
them, now i see teams complaining that they passed them on the power
rankings. lol... thats called Piranha film reviews at its best.

Wow I guess the rule about voting for your own guy has gone out the window. Why are you complaining about Throw Far anyway, just because he is a level 16? So the fact that Gunn plays on the best team in the conference with the most talent around him shouldn't be held against him? I'm not saying Gunn isn't a good qb but look at the second half of the season and you will see he doesn't compare to Throw Far.

who doesn't want to go to hawaii? the whole point of pro bowl voting is to get the best players in, if someone thinks he has the best player, or the best player is on his team... then i don't think there is a problem with that.

how many times do you think players vote for themselves? i would be alot.

YOU CANNOT VOTE FOR ANYONE FROM YOUR OWN TEAM.

Hey I'm just trying to defend my player and Indy was just doing the same. If guys didn't come on here and defend their players it would be a pretty boring forum. Also, I wasn't voting for my player I was only outlining that he deserves the votes he has received.

FWIW, Throw Far would have far better stats if it wasn't for me. I messed around a lot with tactics early on, and had our team running the ball a ton. He's also lost a lot of opportunities for stat padding, because I've favored his backup when we're winning big. I'm not trying to disrespect Tommy Gunn, but I think it's worth sticking up for Throw Far here. He's a very good quarterback, with a very smart build.

in all fairness... and yes i am one of the guys

if Pudding Anthony and Carlos Coy dont get into the ProBowl its a joke... we have more sacks together than the next highest 3 guys

not to mention we barely give up any sack at all or any hurries AND we have one of the best rushing attacks in the both conferences

so yeah im championing my own guy... let the bitching begin
