I don't think him being on relaxed is what caused the blown play anyway, he was most likely playing on aggressive coverage style.

Yup, that clinched it for me. Also having an opponent look at your forums just to prove the wrongdoings of ONE of your players. I think you're kind of losing it SteelCity. With such a stacked team as you have, I'm not sure what the point of all this was.

How in the world could anyone read this thread and come to the conclusion NDepth deserves to be defended? Guaranteed starting spot or not, playing on relaxed is one of the shittiest things a player can do short of flat out cheating.

He also could have cost us a decent chunk of change from playoff tickets and concessions.

Not that he's the one that's the sole cause for us losing, but it throws the situation out there that "what if he played right?"

I didn't see his post before it was edited. All I saw is the lies lies lies first post. Playing on relaxed isn't that bad really, I remember a time when we always played on relaxed. All I know is he's not the horrible human being you guys are making him out to be. I GM for a team you guys may have heard of, and we had a guy who was unhappy with his playing time, and we squelched the issue and he is now playing on another team. We didn't post his stats or his plays he did or didn't make, we just got an ok deal made and moved on.

Meaning "if this wasn't an internet game", then that's what it would have led to. If this was a real life game, with real people, he'd be getting it from more than just me. I don't think any player on the team would put up with a player purposely blowing a game on a team that was supposed to head into the playoffs first seeded.

The difference is he did his damage then spoke up. You can't deal a player now anyway. There's no way to trade or cut him. The game doesn't allow this. Being the genius that you are, you should have known this.

There's also a difference in playing on relaxed when you're playing a sub-par team and not playing one of your toughest games of the season. We could have played 10 games on relaxed if we really wanted to. But when you're going up against WR's that are already rated higher than you, playing on relaxed will get you toasted, as it was proven in the game.
