Just my $.02....

A number of problems with this assertion:

1. There aren't all that many pro teams needing random 50s from this division and guess what--not many 50+s here would qualify;
2. Several of the teams here have mostly their original rosters from Seasons 1 or 2 and just haven't moved up (USA is very competitive);
3. AAA and AA are also full of 50s....a shit ton in A as well;
4. The recommended level for this league includes 53s, per Bort;
5. Current owners should not be punished by the fact that there hasn't been a general realignment--should they fire all their old time players? Doesn't sound too cool to me.

I disagree whole-heartedly:
Furious' success has little to do with it's level 50s. We win because we have a strategically built team that takes advantage of the lack of coordination and fast builds of multi player agent teams.

Also, if you look at the list below, all teams 10th place and above generally have 20 or more level 50+. Da Nola with no lvl 50s is gonna make the playoffs. Yes they do have their weaknesses but its not entirely their lack of 50s. They have a good shot of winning the A title next year IMO too. We have only 12 lvl 50s. Less than anybody in the top 10 (save for Da Nola). So I don't think your lvl 50 argument holds true whatsover.

16th Place Poison 2 lvl 50+
15th Place Houghton 0 lvl 50+
14th place Diabos 7 lvl 50+
13th place Bowdoin 1 lvl 50+
12th place Outlaws 2 lvl 50+
11th place Dragons 6 lvl 50+
10th place Mambas 20 lvl 50+
9th place Beasts 16 lvl 50+
8th place Massacre 17 lvl 50+
7th place Da Nola 0 lvl 50+ (avg lvl around 39!!)
6th place Marthas 24 lvl 50+
5th place Pittsburgh 18 lvl 50+
4th place Maine 26 lvl 50+
3rd place Atlanta 19 lvl 50+
2nd place Montana 25 lvl 50+
1st place Furious 12 lvl 50+

Good points, I agree that tactics play a part in winning but I still believe we need a A league realignment

How? Where do you put the teams? There is nowhere to put them.....you can't move any of these A teams all the way up, they do a great job realigning, granted it's not perfect, but you fail to realize what they have to deal with (gutted, sold, casual TYPE teams). You can't get them all moved around, this is a great league here with USA A. ALOT of us have taken are beatings here, and never once complained about the league being "too good". We just worked on our team, and builds, and you will eventually get there. I am not just directing this towards you, but everyone on GLB that complains about the alignment.

Figured I would chime in here. Bobby Light isn't the MVP of this league, but thanks to my owner/gms for backing me up

I will say that Bobby Light is the best player at his level in the league though. I mean its hard to compete with guys who are easily 10-15 levels higher and having 15+ more VAs. I'm not crying by any means, because like someone mentioned above everyone has level 50+.

On that note, I really don't know who I would say the MVP is... with the huge disparity in teams it would be easier to wait until the end of the season to see that. Connor would probably get my vote though.

Hard to compare Blue Seal and Daydream being in different conferences, but I would bet BLue would have equal success in the east. He's been very consistent the last three years.

I feel very confident in saying that Blue Seal would not compare to Daydream. The spartans, a team I respect, does not have the 'secret ingredient' to ST success that Daydream has. I'm not trying to be arrogant or elitist with the comment but I just believe it to be very true.

Wow you said something nice you miserable douche.

And one thing I would like to add about Daydream Believer is he's played a majority of his games on relaxed, and a few without equipment because PRs are so wonky right now our offense never sees the field otherwise. And yes, there is a secret ingredient to DB's success as Moo alludes.

Wow you can call people names on the internet. Good Job. Not sure why I deserved that...but ok. Just trying to add to the conversation. I wasn't knocking DayD. It seems Blue has more all around need on his team seeing the tackles, which means he has less energy at return man. Like I said, we'll never know but 6 KR TDs is p good.

Perhaps you could enlighten me on the "secret ingredient."
Considering our owner handed the team over to me and I've had little time to worry about things like tactics....I'd say that Spartans are doing p well.
