You get that fraction of a point when your training occurs at midnight (mst).

what effect does energy level have on your play?

Low energy = less plays played = less XP

Does training at an intense level use up more energy than training on relaxed? I see those energy references in the training drop down menu, but it's not very clear what they mean. I think it says +3 energy for intense, and +15 energy for relaxed. What does that mean? Do you pay more, but lose less energy when training on intense?

Confusing.

Do you see your player's Energy: bar? After you play in a game it will go down a lot, to say 60-70 depending on your position and stamina. If you train on Relaxed, you will gain back 15 energy overnight, putting you back to 75-85 the next day. You want your energy to be back at 100 before your next game.

Intense training replenishes 3 energy per night.
Normal training replenishes 9 energy per night.
Relaxed training replenishes 15 energy per night.

In GLB there are 3 types of intensities (Relaxed, Normal, Intense). Where your training intensity is set is the factor that decides how much training you will get at a skill.

If you train at a skill with a RELAXED intensity you will get minimal training at the skill trained.
If you train at a skill with an INTENSE intensity you will get maximum training at the skill trained.

For Example)
CB Felix Manusin is training in agility:
When training at RELAXED intensity = +0.36/day
When training at NORMAL intensity = +0.42/day
When training at INTENSE intensity = +0.46/day

Remember that the energy and the cost of training is effected on how high or low you set the training intensity.

$10 * (Your Player's level) = Cost of Training at RELAXED
$75 * (Your Player's level) = Cost of Training at NORMAL
$100 * (Your Player's level) = Cost of Training at INTENSE

I am a L1 C and QB and my training for intense is $200/day, but 10 and 75 for relaxed and normal.....what's up with that? The math does not work out right for that.

You pay a premium for the extra stat increase.

Does a higher intensity for training slow down your recovery from the previous game. Basically if your practice is relaxed before a game will you be more rested?

Thanks in Advance for your help.

Yes, pay attention to your Energy: bar. Notice the harder you train the less energy you get back (Intense+3, Normal+9, Relaxed+15).

On intense does your experience go up a considerable more compared to relaxed training? I'm just trying to see the benefits of intense training.

If I understand this right, the only things that affect how many Agility points you get per day of training is how many Agility points you currently have and your intensity of training.

Is this correct? Level doesn't have an effect?
