Yes, but most likely with equipment at about 14 in speed and 8 in agility, or all in one of those two. That would also mean you trained everything above 25 before investing any SPs. That is without knowing what you started with, but it is possible.

If you are patient enough on the roll and the build there are some pretty amazing low level builds out there.

If your team owner says no then???

assuming 6 for CE and 8 from eq at the least your speed would be 62. I guess its plausible. He'd of had to have a really good roll though.

Maybe hes saying no because that wouldnt be the best CB on the dogs?
